DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0036] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better clearly understand the technical solution of the present utility patent, the present utility patent will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments:
[0037] The folding chair as shown from
[0038] The locking structure comprises a first locked component 21 under the seat plate 2 and a lock buckle 22 sliding connected to rear side of the front plate 5; the first locked component 21 comprises a first socket 211 and a first locked block 221 is arranged in the lock buckle 22 to slide and insert into the first socket 211 with the lock buckle 22. The stability of the folding chair is improved by making the first locked block 221 insert into the first socket 211 to lock the front plate 5 and the seat plate 2.
[0039] A slide groove which comprises a mounting column 52 is arranged in the front plate 5 for a lock buckle 22 to slide. The lock buckle 22 comprises a limit hole 223 for the mounting column 52 to pass through which includes a detachable arranged limit block 53 for prevent the lock buckle 22 from going out the mounting column 52. In a embodiment, the limit hole 223 is a long hole along the length of the slide groove 51, a threaded hole is arranged in one end of the mounting column 52 and the limit block 53 is fixed installed in the mounting column 52 by screws.
[0040] A spring 222 is arranged between the lock buckle 22 and the front plate for pushing the lock buckle 22 to make a first locked block 221 insert into a first socket 211 to realize self-locking conveniently, instead of men push the first locked block 221 into the first socket.
[0041] A first bevel 2211 is arranged in the first locked block 221. In the process of the seat plate 2 presses against the front plate 5, the first locked component 21 pushes the lock buckle 22 according to the first bevel 2211. When the seat plate 2 fits in with the front plate 5 perfectly, the spring 222 pushes the lock buckle 22 back to make the first locked block 221 insert into the first socket 211 to realize self-locking conveniently, instead of men push the first locked block 221 into the first socket 211.
[0042] The lock buckle 22 comprises a pull piece 224 for pulling the lock buckle 22 and position of the front plate 5 corresponding to the pull piece 224 comprises a notch 54 for fingers to pass through. The locking structure is unlocked when the pull piece 224 is directly pulled to make the first locked block 221 go out the first socket 211.
[0043] In a embodiment, the block buckle 22 comprises a storage cavity 20 which connects to the limit hole 223 and one end of the spring 222 is abut to the mounting column 52 and the other end is abut to the side wall of the storage cavity 20.
[0044] The block buckle 22 comprises a second locked block 225, the position of second locked block 225 according to the front of the seat plate 2 comprises a second locked component 41 which includes a second socket 411 for the second locked block 225 to insert into. A second bevel 2251 is arranged in the second locked block 225 which connects to the second locked component 41 and makes it push the second locked block 225.
[0045] In the process of the front plate 5 presses against the side front plate 4, the second locked component 41 pushes the lock buckle 22 according to the second bevel 2251. When the front plate 5 and the side front plate 4 folds into place, the spring 222 pushes the lock buckle 22 back to make the second locked block 225 insert into the second socket 411 to realize self-locking, which is convenient to move a folding chair by locking structure to prevent the chair from unfolding automatically. It is unlocked by pulling the pull piece 224 directly to make the second locked block 225 go out the second socket 411.
[0046] Both sides of the back plate 1 comprises a forward protruding connecting component 11 and the connecting component 11 and the back plate 1 form a storage area 111 capable of accommodating the seat plate 2, which makes a folding chair more compact.
[0047] A folding chair as above, a supporting plate buckled on the side front plate; a first bump arranged above the side front plate and buckled to a buckle arranged on the supporting plate and a second bump arranged in both sides of the back plate and bucked to the buckle.
[0048] The supporting plate 7 is installed in the side front plate 4, when the folding chair is in unfolding condition, it has a function of dining table to place some tablewares and food in the supporting plate 7. There is no need to carry the supporting plate 7 separately, as it is buckled to the back plate 1 when the folding chair is in unfolding condition by a second bump 8 bucked to the buckle 71 in both sides of the back plate 1.
[0049] A lifting handle 9 is arranged above the back plate 1 for lifting the folding chair conveniently, and a lifting handle hole 91 is arranged in the lifting handle 9 for fingers to pass through and grip on the lifting handle 9.
