Abstract
A composition with NRF mitochondria activating ingredient has telomere extension, anti-aging and cell-rejuvenating effects, including salvia miltiorrhiza extract, wheat -amylase inhibitor, and probiotic powder. After taken by users, the composition reaches a health effect by extending the telomere length and to reduce the cell age and get younger.
Claims
1. A composition with NRF mitochondria activating ingredients, which has telomere extension, anti-aging, and cell rejuvenating effects, comprising: a salvia miltiorrhiza extract with a weight proportion of 1% to 25%, a wheat -amylase inhibitor with a weight proportion of 5% to 45%, and probiotic powder with a weight proportion of 4% to 30%; wherein: the probiotic powder includes Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis with a weight proportion of 50% and Lactobacillus rhamnosus with a weight proportion of 50%.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises an alfalfa extract with a weight proportion of 0.5% to 1%.
3. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises a Momordica charantia extract, a fructus mume extract, a strawberry extract, a Rhodiola rosea extract, a Chrysanthemum extract, and a mulberry leaf extract with a weight proportion of 1% to 2%.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0009] In accordance with the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a composition with NRF mitochondria activating ingredients has telomere extension, anti-aging, and cell rejuvenating effects.
[0010] The composition comprises a salvia miltiorrhiza extract with a weight proportion of 1% to 25%, a wheat -amylase inhibitor with a weight proportion of 5% to 45%, and probiotic powder with a weight proportion of 4% to 30%. The probiotic powder includes Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis with a weight proportion of 50% and Lactobacillus rhamnosus with a weight proportion of 50%.
[0011] In the composition, the salvia miltiorrhiza extracted from state-of-art technology is used to activate mitochondria, the wheat -amylase inhibitor is used to reduce sugar absorption and cut sugar, and the probiotic powder is used to reduce fat. Preferably, the salvia miltiorrhiza extract includes tanshinone, salvianolic acid A, salvianolic acid B, Danshensu, salvianolic acid, silymarin, salvianol, salvianoline, and tanshinazine.
[0012] In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises an alfalfa extract with a weight proportion of 0.5% to 1%. The alfalfa extract is used to activate mitochondria as well.

[0014] The following table 1 shows the results of 20 subjects who take the composition at a dosage of 4 grams per day, wherein oral mucosal smears are picked to extract cellular DNA and to amplify by QPCR technology to measure the telomere length before and after two months:

[0015] The test results show that the telomeres from the subjects who take the supplements are extended by an average of 1.074 Kb (kilo base pairs), which proves that the composition of the present invention effectively prolong the telomere length of the subjects, to reduce the age of telomeres (i.e., cellular age), thereby achieving anti-aging and rejuvenating purposes.
