Abstract
A unique approach and novel structure were combined to create the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System, which is on its way to becoming a vital element and rising star in the social sport of Pickleball. The proposed assembly works well regardless of the number of players and provides seamless management and proper randomized player participation between the courts by distributing paddles to the proper people that are next in rotation to play. The assembly is developed from high-quality material, provides sustainable performance, is collapsible and portable, and enhances the life of paddles by providing a safe stand for them in contrary to the traditional approach of placing and dragging them across cement floors or uneven surfaces.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0029] Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention can be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.
[0030] Physical activity has been extensively studied and numerous mental health benefits have been found. Pickleball is an emerging racquet sport, which is characterized by its accessibility to all audiences and has become especially popular in the United States among the elderly. It is a novel team game and its inclusive nature is innovative for health improvement. The purpose of this systematic explanation was to review and evaluate existing studies that have examined the effects of pickleball on the physical and mental health of individuals.
[0031] In pickleball, game play takes between 10-20 minutes. Player's concentration is split between actual game play and who is up next in rotation.
Problem
[0032] It is a common occurrence while playing the game of pickleball that players have to delay play because of the poor and unsophisticated practice of players distributing the paddles themselves, creating confusion as to who is next in rotation, together with no good way to randomize players so you can play with and against many different players at each session. Accordingly, having to mentally keep track during and after a pickleball game is distracting from the main focus of the game. Adding to these problems is the physical damage done to the paddles without using the unique Pickleball Paddle Distribution System which offers unparalleled protection for these expensive components.
Solution
[0033] The invention of the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System provides an autonomous, unique and innovative solution which is detailed as follows;

[0048] As shown in
[0049]
[0050]
[0051] As per further embodiments of the invention, the working of the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System involves organizing and maintaining proper player distribution between the courts by distributing paddles to the proper people that are next in rotation to play as shown in
[0052] Although the invention seems exhaustively complicated given the vast number of descriptive details below, the entire process is coordinated almost exclusively by the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System and as a result, the actual usage of the System is extremely intuitive and simple for the players to understand and use. This is one of the reasons that the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System is not only unique, but immeasurably more efficient than any other system and/or device currently available.
[0053] In the game of pickleball, there are usually 4 pickleball courts with 4 people playing and typically 6-16 players waiting to play. If there are less than 8 people waiting, the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System is used in the 2 ON/2 OFF configuration as shown in
[0054] The unique Pickleball Paddle Distribution System as per its further embodiments is cleverly designed to deal with many players waiting to play as well. In this case, the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System switches to be used as a system where all 4 players come off when a game is completed and their paddles are no longer distributed from the section denoted as Chamber C in
[0055] IE; If for example, if the Next Slider is above the Lost Chamber, that indicates to pick the next 4 players by taking the 4 paddles furthest towards the front of the LOST Chamber denoted by D, which easily determines which players will take the available court. They take the 4 paddles and then move the Next Slider of the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System over to above the WON Chamber of the device as indicated in
[0056] The assembly shown as per its further embodiments fold flat for ease of carrying and storage via the hinges labeled H in
[0057] The assembly shown as per its further embodiments is capable of being secured to a fence if it more fitting for the design of the courts.
[0058] While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many physically altered variations have been tested and are viable, but the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System is what has been proven to be novel, unique and effective. With time, additional designs and/or features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used but the Pickleball Paddle Distribution System will remain consistent.
[0059] Having described the invention in detail, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from its spirit. Therefore, it is not intended that the scope of the invention be limited to the specific embodiment illustrated and described. Rather, it is intended that the scope of this invention be determined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
