Abstract
A double-sided plush fabric formed by knitting with a circular knitting machine, the double-sided plush fabric includes a basic structure and two plush structures respectively connected to the basic structure and positioned on two opposite sides of the basic structure, each of the two plush structures includes a plurality of cut-loop piles, and a length of the cut-loop piles of the two plush structures is in a range from 3.5 mm to 15 mm, each of the two plush structures includes a plurality of arcuate yarn segments connected with the basic structure, one of the two plush structures is connected to two of the cut-loop piles by the continuous arcuate yarn segments, and the other one of the two plush structures is connected to two of the cut-loop piles by one of the arcuate yarn segments.
Claims
1. A double-sided plush fabric, formed by knitting with a circular knitting machine, the double-sided plush fabric comprising: a basic structure; and two plush structures respectively connected to the basic structure and positioned on two opposite sides of the basic structure, each of the two plush structures comprising a plurality of cut-loop piles, and a length of the plurality of cut-loop piles of the two plush structures being in a range from 3.5 mm to 15 mm, and each of the two plush structures comprising a plurality of arcuate yarn segments connected with the basic structure, wherein in one of the two plush structures, two of the plurality of cut-loop piles are connected by at least two continuous arcuate yarn segments, and in the other one of the two plush structures, two of the cut-loop piles are connected by one of the arcuate yarn segments.
2. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the basic structure comprises a plurality of yarn loops, each of the yarn loops is connected to one of the plurality of cut-loop piles of the two plush structures, and in a same row of the plurality of yarn loops, the plurality of cut-loop piles of the two plush structures are arranged alternately.
3. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the basic structure is a single-layer structure.
4. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 3, wherein a length of the cut-loop piles of one of the two plush structures is different from a length of the cut-loop piles of the other one of the two plush structures.
5. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 3, wherein the two plush structures have different colors.
6. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cut-loop piles of at least one of the two plush structures have different colors.
7. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 3, wherein at least one of the two plush structures comprises at least one burn-out area.
8. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein a length of the cut-loop piles of one of the two plush structures is different from a length of the cut-loop piles of the other one of the two plush structures.
9. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two plush structures have different colors.
10. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cut-loop piles of at least one of the two plush structures have different colors.
11. The double-sided plush fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one of the two plush structures comprises at least one burn-out area.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0017] The detailed description and technical content of the invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0018] Please refer to
[0019] In the invention, the two plush structures 22, 23 are formed by loop-cutting during a knitting process of the circular knitting machine, and are not implemented by loop-cutting processing afterwards. Therefore, a length of the two plush structures 22, 23 of the invention can be significantly longer than other existing plush fabrics. A length of the cut-loop piles 221, 231 of the two plush structures 22, 23 is in a range from 3.5 mm to 15 mm.
[0020] Please refer to
[0021] In one embodiment, the two plush structures 22, 23 have different colors. Ways to achieve different colors of the two plush structures 22, 23 include printing after knitting, dyeing after knitting, or forming by yarn-dyed. In addition to the foregoing, in one embodiment, the cut-loop piles 221, 231 of each of the two plush structures 22, 23 have different colors. Ways to achieve different colors of the cut-loop piles 221, 231 are same as described above, and will not be repeated herein.
[0022] In one embodiment, at least one of the two plush structures 22, 23 has at least one burn-out area, and the burn-out area is formed on at least one of the two plush structures 22, 23 through post-processing. The burn-out area makes at least one of the two plush structures 22, 23 to form patterns with a difference between hairy and hairless.
