Abstract
A device for securely transporting multiple potted plants or other objects having a base, wherein said device comprises a foundation having several adjustable openings that allow the base of a plant holder other object to sit securely within the device.
Claims
1. A device for securely transporting multiple potted plants or other objects having a base comprising: a foundation; said foundation having four sides; each of said four sides having a foldable portion; said foundation comprising several openings; said openings where a plant holder or other object having a base sits securely within said opening; said openings being adjustable so that different sized and shaped bases of plant holders or other objects sit securely within said openings.
2. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is comprised of cardboard, paperboard or another fiber based material.
3. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is comprised of a plastic or polyethylene material.
4. The device of claim 1 wherein said device fits securely within a box or container.
5. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is waterproof.
6. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is used multiple times.
7. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is easily cleaned of dirt or other material from said plant holders.
8. The device of claim 1 wherein said openings contain multiple silts which are adjustable.
9. The device of claim 1 wherein said device is made of a foldable material.
10. The device of claim 1 wherein said device further comprises a divider which physically separates the plants and other objects from each other.
11. The device of claim 1 wherein said device fits snuggly within said box or container so that there is little or no movement of said device with said box or container so said plants or other objects are not harmed during movement of said box or said container.
12. The device of claim 1 wherein said device has adjustable sides so that said device fits multiple sizes of boxes or containers.
13. The device of claim 4 wherein a water repellent or waterproof sheet is placed in bottom of said box or container.
14. The device of claim 13 wherein said sheet comprises polyethylene.
15. The device of claim 13 wherein said sheet is attached to said box by an attachment mechanism.
16. The device of claim 15 wherein said mechanism comprises adhesive tape, or clips.
17. A device for securely transporting multiple potted plants or other objects having a base comprising: a foundation; said foundation having four sides; said foundation having slots; panels fitting into said slots that support said foundation above ground; said foundation comprising several openings; said openings allowing a plant holder or other object having a base to sit securely within said opening; said openings being adjustable so that different sized and shaped bases of plant holders or other objects sit securely within said openings.
18. The device of claim 17 wherein two panels are used to support said device.
19. The device of claim 17 wherein four panels are used to support said device.
20. The device of claim 17 wherein said panels being of different heights to support said foundation at different heights above ground or floor.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0046] FIG. 1 shows a top view of the device 10 having four sides, 12, 14, 16 and 18. Each of the sides has a foldable portion 20, 22, 24 and 26 respectfully. The device 10 is shown having five openings 28, 30, 32, 34, and 36, however any amount of openings can be placed on the device 10 so long as there is enough space for the plants or other objects to fit within the device and in a box or container. Each of the openings has multiple slits 40 which allow the device to retain different size plant holders or other objects having a base.
[0047] FIG. 2 shows a bottom view of the device 10 having four sides, 12, 14, 16 and 18. Each of the sides has a foldable portion 20, 22, 24 and 26 respectfully. The device 10 is shown having five openings 28, 30, 32, 34, and 36, however any amount of openings can be placed on the device 10 so long as there is enough space for the plants or other objects to fit within the device and in the box or container. Each of the openings has multiple slits 40 which allow the device to retain different size plant holders or other objects having a base.
