[0034]
[0035]
[0036] The scaffolding bar 20 of metal comprises, as fundamental element, an elongate rod-shaped round-tube girder profile member 21 of, preferably galvanised, steel and an elongate U reinforcing profile member 22 of, preferably galvanised, sheet steel.
[0037] The round-tube girder profile member 21 consists of a substantially straight and substantially circularly cylindrical round tube. The round-tube girder profile member 21 extends in the direction of a first longitudinal axis 23 in a first longitudinal direction 24 and has two girder profile member ends 25.1, 25.2 facing away from one another in opposite directions in the first longitudinal direction. The round-tube girder profile member 21 has, as considered in the first longitudinal direction 24, a girder profile member length 26 and a girder profile member longitudinal centre 27 as well as an outer diameter 28 which is substantially constant over its girder profile member length 26. The round-tube girder profile member 21 has a substantially constant girder profile member wall thickness 29 over substantially its entire girder profile member length 26 or over substantially its entire girder profile member circumference. The round-tube girder profile member 21 has a support edge 31, which is upper as considered in an installed setting 40 of the scaffolding bar 20, for support and/or suspension of a scaffolding covering 39 or a plurality of scaffolding coverings 39. A respective separate connecting head 32 of metal, particularly of malleable cast iron, grey cast iron, cast steel or steel, for detachable fastening of the scaffolding bar 20 in the installed setting 30 to a fastening element 34, which is provided with at least one passage 33.1, 33.2, of a scaffolding element 36 by means of a connecting wedge 35 insertable through the at least one passage 33.1, 33.2 is fixedly welded to each girder profile member end 25.1, 25.2 of the girder profile member ends 25.1, 25.2.
[0038] As illustrated in
[0039] The U reinforcing profile member 22 extends in the direction of a second longitudinal axis 43 in a second longitudinal direction 44 parallel to the round-tube girder profile member 21 or parallel to the first longitudinal axis 23 thereofwith bridging-over of the girder profile member longitudinal centre 27continuously along the round-tube girder profile member 21 over a reinforcing profile member length 45 corresponding with at least half the girder profile member length 26 of the round-tube girder profile member 21. In the illustrated embodiment, the girder profile member length 26 is approximately 940 millimetres and the reinforcing profile member length 45 approximately 720 millimetres. The U reinforcing profile member 21 is arranged to be centrally centred relative to the round-tube girder profile member 21 as considered in the first longitudinal direction 24. Accordingly, the round-tube girder profile member 21 extends by each of its girder profile member ends 25.1, 25.2, as considered in the first longitudinal direction 24, out beyond the respective reinforcing profile member end 47.1, 47.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22. In the illustrated example the respective girder profile member end 25.1, 25.2 of the round-tube girder profile member 21 has a spacing 46 in each instance from the respectively associated reinforcing profile member end 47.1, 47.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 as considered in the first longitudinal direction 24. This spacing 46 is preferably approximately 110.0 millimetres. However, it will be obvious that the spacing can also be smaller or larger. The U reinforcing profile member 22 is a profile member which is straight with respect to the second longitudinal direction 44. The U reinforcing profile member 22 has two reinforcing profile member ends 47.1, 47.2 facing away from one another in opposite directions. The U reinforcing profile member 22 extends away from the round-tube girder profile member 21, in the installed setting 30 to below the round-tube girder profile member 21. The U reinforcing profile member 22 has, as considered in a cross-section extending perpendicularly to the second longitudinal axis 43, a U-shaped cross-section 48 (see, in particular,
[0040] The transverse spacing 52 of the two lateral profile limbs 50.1, 50.2, which extend substantially parallel to one another or the reinforcing profile member width 52 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 is or are smaller than 0.6 times the outer diameter 28 of the round-tube girder profile member 21. In the illustrated embodiment the transverse spacing 52 or the U reinforcing profile member width 52 is approximately 20.0 millimetres. The outer diameter 28 of the round-tube girder profile member 21 is approximately 48.3 millimetres. Accordingly, in the illustrated embodiment the quotient or the ratio of the transverse spacing 52 or the U reinforcing profile member width 52 and the outer diameter 28 of the round-tube girder profile member 21 is approximately 0.41. The wall thickness of the round-tube girder profile member 29 is here approximately 2.7 millimetres. The wall thickness 57 of the profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 is here approximately 3.0 millimetres.
[0041] The first profile limb 50.1 of the two lateral profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 is provided with two elongate rectangular passages 60.1, 60.3, which each extend in the second longitudinal direction 44, for fastening and/or securing scaffolding components; which are not shown in the figures. A first passage 60.1 of the two passages 60.1, 60.3 is arranged at a first longitudinal spacing 61.1 from the first reinforcing profile member end 47.1 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 and at a second longitudinal spacing from the second reinforcing profile member end 47.2 of the two U reinforcing profile member ends 47.1, 47.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22. The other passage 60.3, which is also termed third passage, of the two passages 60.1, 60.3 of the first profile limb 50.1 is arranged at a fifth longitudinal spacing, which substantially corresponds with the second longitudinal spacing, from the first reinforcing profile member end 47.1 and at a sixth longitudinal spacing 61.6, which substantially corresponds with the first longitudinal spacing 61.1, from the second reinforcing profile member end 47.2. The first passage 60.1 and the other or third passage 60.3 are arranged at a first passage longitudinal spacing 62.1 from one another at substantially the same height and are each boundedupwardly in the installed setting 30by the outer wall 38, which is straight as considered in the first longitudinal direction 24, of the round-tube girder profile member 21.
[0042] The second profile limb 50.2 of the two lateral profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 is also provided with two elongate rectangular passages 60.2, which each extend in the second longitudinal direction 44, for fastening and/or securing scaffolding components (not shown in the figures) or the said scaffolding components. One passage of these two passages, which is also termed second passage 60.2, is arranged at a third longitudinal spacing, which substantially corresponds with the first longitudinal spacing 61.1, from the first reinforcing profile member end 47.1 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 and is arranged at a fourth longitudinal spacing, which substantially corresponds with the second longitudinal spacing, from the second reinforcing profile member end 47.2. The other passage of these two passages 60.2, which is also termed fourth passage, is arranged at a seventh longitudinal spacing, which substantially corresponds with the fifth or second longitudinal spacing, from the first reinforcing profile member end 47.1 of the U reinforcing profile member 22. Moreover, the fourth passage is arranged at an eighth longitudinal spacing, which substantially corresponds with the sixth or first longitudinal spacing, from the second U reinforcing profile member end 47.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22. The one passage or the second passage 60.2 and the other passage or fourth passage are arranged at a second passage longitudinal spacing from one another at the same height and are each bounded, upwardly in the installed setting 30, by the outer wall 38, which is straight as considered in the first longitudinal direction 24, of the round-tube girder profile member 21. The second passage longitudinal spacing is substantially the same size as the first passage longitudinal spacing 62.1. The first passage longitudinal spacing 62.1 and the second passage longitudinal spacing are here each approximately 34 millimetres. The first, third, sixth and eighth longitudinal spacings are here each approximately 80 millimetres. The second, fourth, fifth and seventh longitudinal spacings are here each approximately 377 millimetres.
[0043] Each of the four passages 60.1, 60.2, 60.3 has, as considered in a direction perpendicular to the second longitudinal direction 44, a passage height 63 of substantially the same size and, as considered in a second longitudinal direction 44, a passage length 64 of substantially the same size. The respective passage length 64 is here approximately 263 millimetres. However, it will be obvious that each passage, particularly in the case of longer scaffolding bars, can also have a different passage length, for example approximately 158 millimetres or approximately 286 millimetres or approximately 478 millimetres. In addition, it will be obvious that each profile limb can also have more than two passages, in particular three to eight passages. If each profile limb has more than two passages, the passages closest to the respective reinforcing profile member ends preferably have a passage length respectively corresponding with the passage length 64, thus approximately 263 millimetres.
[0044] Each of the four passages 60.1, 60.2, 60.3 has a passage cross-section of substantially the same size. The passage height 63 of each passage 60.1, 60.2, 60.3 is smaller than the reinforcing profile member height 56. As considered in a viewing direction perpendicular to a plane 65 containing the first longitudinal axis 23 and the second longitudinal axis 43 not only are the first passage 60.1 of the first profile limb 50.1 and the second passage 60.2 of the second profile limb 50.2 in alignment, but also the third passage 60.3 of the first profile limb 50.1 and the fourth passage of the second profile limb 50.2 are respectively arranged to be substantially congruent or arranged as a respective pair to be substantially congruent. Each of the four passages 60.1, 60.2, 60.3 is, as considered in a viewing direction perpendicular to the plane or longitudinal plane of symmetry 65 containing the first longitudinal axis 23 and the second longitudinal axis 43, bounded or enclosed over the whole circumference by wall parts of the respective profile limb 50.1, 502 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 and by a wall part of the outer wall 38 of the round-tube girder profile member 21.
[0045] The two profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 each have in the region of the passages 60.1, 60.3; 60.2 thereof a profile limb height 66 which is of substantially the same size and which is larger than half the reinforcing profile member height 56. Accordingly, the respective passage height 63 of the passages 60.1, 60.3; 60.2 of the two profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 is in each instance smaller than half the reinforcing profile member height 56. The passage heights 63 of the passages 60.1, 60.3; 60.2 are of substantially the same size. In the illustrated embodiment the respective passage height 63 is approximately 30.0 millimetres. The profile limb height 66, which the profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 each have in the region of the passages 60.1, 60.3; 60.2, is here approximately 43.0 millimetres. In the illustrated embodiment, the reinforcing profile member height 56 is approximately 73.0 millimetres.
[0046] In the illustrated embodiment the scaffolding bar 20 is configured or formed symmetrically with respect to a longitudinal plane 65 of symmetry, which contains the first longitudinal axis 23 and the second longitudinal axis 43 and also symmetrically with respect to a transverse plane 67 of symmetry containing the girder profile member longitudinal centre 27 of the round-tube girder profile member 21. Accordingly, the U reinforcing profile member 22 and thus also the two lateral profile limbs 50.1, 50.2, which extend substantially parallel to one another, of the U reinforcing profile member 22 are configured or formed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal plane 65 of symmetry and also symmetrically with respect to the transverse plane 67 of symmetry. The two profile limbs 50.1, 50.2, which are formed and arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal plane 65 of symmetry, of the U reinforcing profile member 22 of the scaffolding bar 20 extend parallel to one another on either side of the longitudinal plane 65 of symmetry and thus on either side of a profile limb axis 51, which is formed perpendicularly to the second longitudinal axis 43, of the U reinforcing profile member 22.
[0047] The two profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 are each arranged to be offset by the fastening ends 55.1, 55.2 thereof laterally relative to the longitudinal plane 65 of symmetry by an identical spacing corresponding with half the transverse spacing 52 or half the U reinforcing profile member width 52. Accordingly, the profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 are not seatedand thus neither is the U reinforcing profile member 22at the lowest point of the round-tube girder profile member 21 in the installed setting 30, but are offset from the centre point 40 of the round-tube girder profile member 21 or from the longitudinal plane 25 of symmetry to both sides. Thus, an effective reinforcing profile member height 68, which is slightly smaller by a spacing or an amount 69 than the reinforcing profile member height 56, results and an effective passage height 70, which is smaller by the same spacing or amount 69 than the respective passage height 63, of the respective passage 60.1, 60.3; 60.2 results. The effective reinforcing profile member height 68 is here approximately 71.96 millimetres. The effective passage height 70 is here approximately 28.96 millimetres. Accordingly, the effective reinforcing profile member height 68 is reduced by comparison with the reinforcing profile member height 56 by the spacing or amount 69 of approximately 1.04 millimetres. The scaffolding bar 20 therefore has an overall height 71 corresponding with the sum of the outer diameter 28 of the round-tube girder profile member 21 and the effective reinforcing profile member height 68. The overall height 71 is here calculated to be approximately 120.26 millimetres (see
[0048] The U reinforcing profile member 22 is preferably produced by flanging, bending over and or profiling a plate-shaped or strip-shaped, preferably flat-plane, steel sheet or steel-sheet semi-finished product (not shown in the figures) about a single flanging or bending axis on a rolling train.
[0049] The scaffolding bar 20 according to the invention offers an advantageous possibility for the fastening of accessory components which are, in particular, already present and which are not shown in the figures, particularly standardised, preferably integrated, couplings in a length region of the round-tube girder profile member 21, in which the U reinforcing profile member 22 also extends, and/or for an anti-lift-off securing of at least one scaffolding floor 39, which rests on or is suspended at the round-tube girder profile member 21 and which is, in particular, present, by means of a securing bar (not shown in the figures) which is at the underside of the or the respective scaffolding floor 39 and pivotable relative thereto about a pivot axis arranged transversely, particularly perpendicularly, to the work surface of the scaffolding floor 39.
[0050] A stack arrangement 75 of two scaffolding bars 20 according to the invention, comprising a first scaffolding bar 20.1 and a second scaffolding bar 20.2, is shown in
[0051] In the stack arrangement 75 shown in
[0052] The round-tube girder profile member 21 of the second scaffolding bar 20.2 lies against or on a profile limb 50.1 of the two substantially parallel profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 of the first scaffolding bar 20.1 and the U reinforcing profile member 22 of the second scaffolding bar 20.2 lies by one profile limb 50.1 of its two substantially parallel profile limbs 50.1, 50.2 against or on the round-tube girder profile member 21 of the first scaffolding bar 20.1 so that the profile limb axis 51 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 of the second scaffolding bar 20.2 and the profile limb axis 51 of the U reinforcing profile member 22 of the first scaffolding bar 20.1 extend approximately parallelly (see
