Abstract
The present invention discloses a collapsible container comprising a first cap with a container nozzle, a second cap, and a collapsible container body, connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix it on the first cap together with the second cap after it is collapsed. The collapsible container of the present invention is a breakthrough to the prior art of containers. The container body may be collapsed and contracted to reduce container volume and realize the purpose of convenient carriage.
Claims
1. A collapsible container comprising: a first cap with a container nozzle; a second cap; a collapsible container body connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix the collapsible container body together with the second cap on the first cap after the collapsible container body is collapsed; wherein the first cap and the second cap are coupled with each other through a fastening member after the collapsible container body is collapsed; and wherein the fastening member is configured to be a bendable fastener, which is arranged on the container nozzle of the first cap so that it bypasses the second cap and fixes the second cap and the container body on the first cap after the container body is collapsed.
2. The collapsible container according to claim 1, wherein the container body is welded with the first cap and the second cap into an integral body.
3. The collapsible container according to claim 2, wherein the container body is made up of a collapsible membrane.
4. The collapsible container according to claim 1, wherein one end of the fastener is provided with a clasp portion and the other end is provided with a buckle position matching the clasp portion.
5. The collapsible container according to claim 1, wherein the collapsible container comprises a container cap, which is connected to the container nozzle in a detachable manner.
6. The collapsible container according to claim 1, wherein the collapsible container body is made of TPU, PE or PP.
7. The collapsible container according to claim 1, wherein the first cap of the collapsible container is larger than the second cap.
8. A collapsible container comprising: a first cap with a container nozzle; a second cap; a collapsible container body connected to the first cap and the second cap in a sealable manner respectively to fix the collapsible container body together with the second cap on the first cap after the collapsible container body is collapsed; wherein the first cap and the second cap are coupled with each other through a fastening component after the collapsible container body is collapsed; and wherein the fastening component comprises a buckle arranged on the inner wall of the first cap and a fastener arranged on the outer wall of the second cap accordingly.
9. The collapsible container according to claim 8, wherein the container body is welded with the first cap and the second cap into an integral body.
10. The collapsible container according to claim 9, wherein the container body is made up of a collapsible membrane.
11. The collapsible container according to claim 8, wherein the collapsible container comprises a container cap, which is connected to the container nozzle in a detachable manner.
12. The collapsible container according to claim 8, wherein the collapsible container body is made of TPU, PE or PP.
13. The collapsible container according to claim 8, wherein the first cap of the collapsible container is larger than the second cap.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0027] As shown in
[0028] A container nozzle 112 is arranged on the first cap 110, and a container cap 140 is arranged on the container nozzle 112 so that the liquid in the collapsible container 10 won't overflow. Further, the container nozzle 112 is combined with the container cap 140 by means of thread rotation to make for unscrewing or screwing during use. Alternatively, the container nozzle 112 may be combined with the container cap 140 by other common means in the art.
[0029] The collapsible container body 130 is connected to the first cap 110 and the second cap 120 respectively in a sealable manner. Preferably, the container body 130 is made of self-leakproof material, PE, PP or TPU for example. These materials may be freely collapsed without damage.
[0030] As shown in
[0031] As shown in
[0032] As shown in
[0033] During use, after the container body 130 is compressed and collapsed, the user holds the first cap 110 with one hand, and rotates the second cap 120 by the other hand in a direction indicated by the arrow shown in
[0034] As shown in
[0035] Further, the first cap 110 of the container is larger than the second cap 120 so as to receive the second cap 120 and reduce volume after collapse.
[0036] The collapsible container of the present invention is a breakthrough to the traditional concept of containers, and holds various kinds of liquid by using a uniquely designed and manufactured collapsible container body. By adopting different container bodies, containers in different volumes may be made and can be collapsed and contracted regardless of the volume of the container body to significantly reduce container volume, realize the purpose of convenient carriage and truly solve the problem of inconvenient carriage.
[0037] The present invention is illustrated by referring to embodiments and accompanying drawings. After reading the foregoing content, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and changes to the present invention without departing from the spirit and principle of the present invention. For example, a feature shown or described as a part of an embodiment may be used in another embodiment to obtain a third embodiment. It should be understood that all the modifications and changes made by using the content of the Description and accompanying drawings of the present invention are within the scope of claims of the present invention.
