Abstract

The present invention relates to a tobacco processing method of a tobacco product for low temperature baking. The method includes mixing and processing tobacco and a metal high-thermal conductor into a finished product with a fixed shape for use in low temperature baking of the tobacco. The method uses high thermal conductivity and plasticity of metal for improving a use effect during low temperature baking and use of the tobacco to be the same as a use effect of traditional combustion. Moreover, carrying, loading and use are very convenient. When the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor are mixed and processed, an addition ratio of the tobacco to the metal high-thermal conductor can be controlled without changing the shape and the volume of a processed finished product to precisely control the use amount of the tobacco, thereby facilitating the control of smoking and scientific smoking cessation.

Claims

1. A tobacco processing method of a tobacco product for low temperature baking, comprising: mixing and processing tobacco end a metal high-thermal conductor into a finished product with a fixed shape.

The finished product with the fixed shape obtained by mixing and processing the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor according to claim 1, wherein a mixing mode for mixing the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor is as follows: the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor are firstly processed into chips, then mixed together and next processed into a fixed shape; or a layer of tobacco and a layer of metal high-thermal conductor are alternately stacked and then processed into a fixed shape; or the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor are mixed in other modes, for the purpose of rapidly keeping a consistent integral temperature for mixing and processing the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor into the finished product with the fixed shape by means of the rapid thermal conductivity of the metal high-thermal conductor.

The finished product with the fixed shape obtained by mixing and processing the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor are mixed together and processed into the finished product with the fixed shape for the purpose of using plasticity of the metal to ensure that the processed finished product has the fixed shape, so that the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor are directly mixed together and processed into the finished product with the fixed shape, taken out and loaded in a baking container for direct use during baking and use of the tobacco; carrying, loading and use are very convenient; and moreover, the shape of the metal high-thermal conductor after low temperature baking is not changed, so that baked residues and the metal are fully and directly taken out or poured out of the baking container together very conveniently, thereby avoiding the trouble of cleaning the baked residues after use.

The finished product with the fixed shape obtained by mixing and processing the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco and another substance are mixed together and processed; the another substance may be the metal high-thermal conductor or a porous substance used for absorbing and storing liquid such as tar produced during baking of the tobacco or other substances which can absorb or dilute harmful substances generated during baking of the tobacco; or the tobacco and a plurality of other substances are mixed together and processed.

The finished product with the fixed shape obtained by mixing and processing the tobacco and the metal high-thermal conductor according to claim wherein an addition ratio of the tobacco to the metal high-thermal conductor and other substances is controlled without changing the shape and the volume of the processed finished product to precisely control the use amount of the tobacco, thereby facilitating the control of smoking and scientific smoking cessation.
