The shirt garment features a neck opening, a torso portion and a pair of sleeves; the torso portion having a bottom hemline; the hemline having a front portion and a rear portion; the front portion is positioned in front of the wearer on the shirt being worn; a rounded cut-out opening disposed on the torso section wherein the cut-out opening extends generally centered from the bottom hemline front portion towards the neck opening in an inverted U-shape thereby creating an opening for easier access of the male organ of the wearer for restroom purposes without untucking the shirt wherein the extension of the cut-out or opening section is about 6″ from the front of the bottom hemline.

[0032] Referring initially to the drawings, FIG. 1 illustrates a front perspective view of one potential embodiment of the male designed shirt 100 of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The male designed shirt/t-shirt 100 is designed as a practical shirt garment available in various designs that is ideal for use by men looking to ease the process of restroom access. More specifically, the shirt 100 has a modified front portion of the bottom hemline allowing for easier access for restroom purposes as described later in the disclosure.

[0033] The shirt/t-shirt 100 of the present embodiment is in the form of a short sleeve t-shirt and has a neck opening 102, a torso section 104 and a pair of sleeves 106,108 connected to the torso section 104. The torso section 104 has a bottom hemline 110 comprising a rear portion 112 and a front portion 114. The front portion 114 is positioned in front of the wearer of the shirt 100 when the shirt 100 is worn. The torso section 104 has a longer length and is preferably tucked into the pants of a wearer. The front portion 114 of the hemline 110 has a cut-out or opening 116 that extends into a portion of the torso section 104. The cut-out or opening 116 is preferably in the form of an inverted U-shape made by removing a portion of torso portion 104 having a front portion hemline length or height from about 3″ to about 8″ extending into the torso portion 104, and also having a width from about 2″ to about 6″. In one exemplary configuration, the closed rounded width of the cut-out or opening 116 is about 2.5″. The cut-out or opening edge 118 is sewn or stitched using cotton or polyester thread that matches the main color of the shirt 100. Further, the edge 118 may be sewn using a straight or zig-zag stitch 120.

[0034] The cut-out or opening section 116 is designed such that it is positioned in front of the male organ of the male wearer allowing the wearer easier access for restroom purposes without untucking the shirt and re-tucking after urinating. The wearer can easily unzip their pants and obviate untucking of the shirt for urinating. Further, the cut-out or opening section 116 does not obstruct the urinating process.

[0035] It should be appreciated that the shirt 100 functions and appears like a conventional tucked in shirt when worn by a wearer. Further, the cut-out or opening section 116 is ingeniously designed and dimensioned allowing the wearer easier access for restroom purposes, while allowing the wearer to keep their shirt tucked into their pants

[0036] FIG. 2 illustrates an enlarged view of the rounded cut-out design disposed on the front portion of the bottom hemline of the shirt 100 of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. The rounded cut-out or opening 116 is created to allow easier restroom access while the shirt is tucked inside the pants. A wearer does not need to untuck or even adjust the shirt 100 while using the restroom. More specifically, the rounded cut-out or opening 116 has a continuous edge 118 from an originating point 1140 to an end point 1142 positioned on the front portion 114 of the hemline 110 such that the points 1140,1142 are positioned on either side of the male organ of the male wearer. The rounded top end 202 of the cut-out or opening 116 can be positioned between about a 3″ to 9″ perpendicular distance from the middle point of the terminal ends 1140,1142. The terminal ends 1140,1142 can be spaced at a distance from about 2″ to about 6″ allowing easier access for urinating. It should be noted that dimensions of the cut-out or opening section 116 can be designed as per dimensions of the shirt 100 and also as per preferences of consumers and manufacturers.

The cut-out or opening portion 116 is positioned in front of the wearer 300 and more specifically the terminal ends 1140,1142 are placed towards either side of the zipper 306 of the pants or lower body garment 302 and also on either side of the male organ, thereby allowing a user easier access without untucking the shirt.

[0038] The wearer 300 does not need to readjust the shirt 100 to be ready for urinating and the shirt 100 does not bunch up after urinating is complete. The shirt 100 is worn by the wearer 300 in a manner similar to a conventional shirt and also maintains the shape of the shirt 100 even after urinating.

[0039] The cut-out or opening section 116 is designed and dimensioned so that the cut-out or opening section 116 is always tucked inside the pants, shorts, or lower body garment and is not visible from outside of the lower body garment.

[0040] FIG. 4A illustrates a perspective view showing another exemplary embodiment of the male designed shirt of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. In the present embodiment, the shirt is in the form of a polo shirt 400 having a torso portion 402, a collared neck opening 404 and a pair of half or short sleeves 406,408. Front portion 412 of the bottom hemline 410 has the rounded cut-out or opening section 116 allowing a wearer of the shirt 400 easier access for urination without untucking the t-shirt 400 from the pants or lower body garments. It should be noted that the polo shirt 400 may come in a variety of sizes, designs, and materials.

[0041] FIG. 4B illustrates a perspective view showing yet another exemplary embodiment of the male designed shirt of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. In the present embodiment, the shirt is in the form of a hoody shirt 414 having a hood neck opening 416, a torso portion 418, and a pair of full sleeves 420,422. The front portion 426 of the bottom hemline 424 has the rounded cut-out or opening section 116 allowing a wearer of the hoody shirt 414 easier access for urination without untucking the hoody shirt 414 from the pants or lower body garment. It should be noted that the hoody shirt 414 may come in a variety of sizes, designs, and materials.

[0042] FIG. 5 illustrates a partial perspective view showing a wearer getting ready for urinating without untucking the male designed shirt/t-shirt of the present invention in accordance with the disclosed architecture. As illustrated, the pants 502 worn by the wearer 300 is partially removed by loosening or removing the waistband 504 of the pants 502, thereby allowing easier access through the rounded cut-out or opening portion 116 positioned on the front portion 114 of the bottom hemline. The rounded cut-out portion 116 allows easier access to the male organ without adjusting or untucking the shirt 100. The shirt 100 is prohibited from bunching-up after urinating and thus saves time before and after urination.
