    Abstract

The invention is designed to provide a closure for plastic bags for frequent or daily use. The invention comprises a V-shaped opening (A FIG. 1) at one end, which continues into a circular opening (B FIG. 1), and comprises a closure system at the opposite end, which joins the clip to the edge of the bag (C-D FIG. 1) and which constitutes the inventive new feature. When closing the bag, twisting it in the usual manner (FIG. 7) and folding the gathered end downwards, and said clip being on the edge thereof, the twist is to be received in the opening (B) of the plate (FIG. 8). The twist remains held by both ends of the clip and the tension thereof prevents the bag from untwisting and opening. The system of securing the clip to the bag can be temporary or permanent, and can be a mechanical, chemical or physical system, or a system of any other nature that permits said securing.

    Claims

    1. Clip system for the closure of bags intended to contain and preserve products of daily or frequent consumption, comprising a closure plate with a V-opening (A) at one end of the plate by which the winding will be inserted, winding being the part of the bag wrapped around itself comprised between the contents of the bag and the open end thereof, and which continues in a circular opening (B), where, once the bag is closed, said winding will be housed and characterized by a folding tab (C) located at the end of the plate opposite TO the end containing the V opening (A) having an orifice in which fits a pin (D) solidary to the plate. The closure of the FOLDING TAB (C) over the edge of the bag by the FIT IN of the pin (D) in the TAB ORIFICE (C) ENABLES said end of the closure plate to be attached to the edge of the bag by a detachable fastening so that the part of the closure plate between the end of the plate containing the V opening (A) and the limit of the tab (C) closest to said end is in the air and not on the bag.

    2. Clip system for the closure of bags intended to contain and preserve products of frequent or daily consumption, comprising a bag and a closing plate with a V-opening (A) at one end of the plate by which the (B) said winding will be housed, and IS characterized BECAUSE the bag has integrated the closure plate at its edge by means of a non-detachable fastening of any nature which allows said connection in such a way that, once the plate is fixed to the edge of the bag and with regards to the bag closing operation, the end of the plate containing the V opening (A) is in the air and not on the bag. The closure plate has a zone (E) at the end opposite the end containing the V opening (A) such said zone (E) will be treated chemically, physically, mechanically or by any other means enabling fixation, temporary or permanent, from the closing plate to the edge of the bag, either by chemical means (glue), physical (heat) or otherwise. In this way, the edge of the area (E) closest to the end of the plate containing the V opening (A) should be located at a distance from the edge of the bag sufficiently small so as to allow/enable to fold the crown of the bag downwards , meaning by crown the portion of the bag remaining between the open end of the bag and the end of the winding closest thereto, and fit in the winding of the bag in the circular opening (B) of the plate the correct closing of the bag by means of the plate.
