Abstract
A multifunctional exercise and hair band device is disclosed. The exercise and hair band device includes a folded first layer, and a second layer placed alongside the first layer. The second layer connects to open side ends of the folded first layer, allowing the second layer to protrude outwardly from the first layer. The second layer is pulled through the first layer in an inside-out manner, resulting in the second layer residing within the first layer. The first and second layers' respective distal ends connect, forming a stretchable and durable exercise and hair band device. The exercise and hair band device utilizes soft stretchable fabric layers with a unique stitching technique and exhibits resilience against breakage. The exercise and hair band device offers versatility for use as head band, hair tie, resistance band, hand wrap, and headphone holder, and enhances convenience during workouts by eliminating the need for multiple accessories.
