Claims

1. A SmartSphere Adjustable Medicine Ball comprising: a spherical body with a seamless exterior surface, textured ball with or without handles positioned on opposite sides of the spherical body for improved grip and control during exercise, an adjustable weight mechanism integrated on the spherical body, allowing users to modify the weight of the ball, a locking mechanism to securely hold the desired weight in place, the ability to add or remove weight bands to adjust the overall weight of the ball, symmetrical shape to ensure balanced weight distribution, ergonomic design to provide comfort and prevent slippage during exercise.

2. The SmartSphere Adjustable Medicine Ball of claim 1, wherein the weight bands are securely attached to the structure of the spherical body using a reliable fastening system fitted into the central notch of the ball.
