[0034]
[0035] Referring to
[0036] The handkerchief body 110 is fabricated in a square shape having a specific size by cutting fabric, and is typically made of a material that easily absorbs sweat. Various types of patterns may be printed on the surface of the handkerchief body 110.
[0037] The cap visor 120 is intended to block sunlight, and is formed by cutting upper and lower fabrics 121 and 122 superimposed in two to four layers into a semicircular or semielliptical shape and then sewing the edges of the cut upper and lower fabrics 121 and 122 to combine them in an integrated form. The cap visor 120 may include an inner part 123 configured such that the visor structure is inserted thereinto and a pulling surface 125 configured to be pulled toward the handkerchief body 110.
[0038] In addition, as a method of coupling the cap visor 120 in an integrated form, various methods such as attaching the cap visor 120 with a bond in addition to sewing the cap visor 120 may be applied. The cap visor 120 has a curved front side formed forward in such a manner that the front side is formed as a curved portion. Although the curved surface is described as a semi-circle or a semi-ellipse, it may include various shapes formed by the cap visors of general caps.
[0039] In addition, integrated combination may be performed on the inner surface through quilting sewing or adhesion, and may provide a somewhat thicker thickness than a single layer of handkerchief.
[0040] The visor structure 130 is inserted into the inside of the edge of the curved portion of the cap visor 120 and is formed to maintain the shape of the cap visor 120 that blocks sunlight. The visor structure 130 is made of a flexible metal or synthetic resin material that is easily deformable such as wire or wire so that it is easily wrinkled when the overall handkerchief is folded or washed. When the hooded cap is used as a cap, the visor structure 130 may be provided such that it can easily maintain a shape for a sunshade. Furthermore, a shape memory alloy that is easily wrinkled is used as the visor structure 130.
[0041] Preferably, in order to prevent the ends of the visor structure 130 from being exposed to the outside through the fabric during washing or storage, the ends of the visor structure 130 may be formed to be curved or wide to prevent piercing of the fabric in such a manner that the ends of the visor structure 130 are bent, caps are mounted on the ends of the visor structure 130, or drop layers made of resin are formed on the ends of the visor structure 130.
[0042] Referring to
[0043] The inner sewing line 151 forms the inner portion 121 of the cap visor 120, which is a space in which the visor structure 130 is inserted between the sewing parts of the edges, and limits and fixes the position where the visor structure 130 is inserted.
[0044] As described above, the cap visor 120 having the visor structure 130 is coupled to the handkerchief body 110 in an integrated form by being sewn to the handkerchief body 110 on the rear side thereof, the straight end side in the drawing.
[0045] In
[0046] For example, the cap visor 120 is disposed at the center point of an arbitrary diagonal line that connects two opposite vertices of the handkerchief body 110. A straight part, which is the rear end of the cap visor 120, is sewn along the diagonal line, thereby forming an integrated body.
[0047] In this case, the curved portion, which is the front side of the cap visor 120, is disposed to face the inside of the handkerchief body in order not to be exposed to the outside of the diagonal of the handkerchief body 110, and then the rear end of the cap visor 120 is sewn. When sewing is performed, the handkerchief body 110 may be used as a handkerchief without a change in the size of the handkerchief by coupling the cap visor 120 to the handkerchief body 110 in an unfolded state without folding.
[0048] Referring to
[0049] Thereafter, sewing is performed such that the second support sewing line 153 is formed on the inner portion of the cap visor 120 spaced apart from the first support sewing line 152 by a predetermined distance.
[0050] In addition, the curved folding sewing line 154 is formed by performing sewing so that a curved portion is formed on the front side of the cap visor 120 while passing through both ends of the second support sewing line 153.
[0051] Accordingly, the handkerchief body 110 and the cap visor 120 are integrated with each other by the first support sewing line 152, the second support sewing line 153, and the curved folding sewing line 154. In this case, the distance between the first support sewing line 152 and the second support sewing line 153 is formed to be 12 to 20 mm and the central protruding height of the curved folding sewing line 154 protrudes by 10 to 15 mm from both edges, so that a curved surface corresponding to the forehead of the human body is formed.
[0052] As shown in
[0053] The pulling force acting on both sides forms a different bending direction of the cap visor 120 according to the position of a portion not coupled to the handkerchief body 110, which is the upper part of the cap visor 120, so that it can be arranged vertically or forward and downward.
[0054] As described above, when the present invention is used as a handkerchief, it is used in an entirely unfolded or folded state.
[0055] Referring to
[0056] In addition, when the hooded cap of the present invention is used as a hood, the handkerchief body 110 is folded along a diagonal line while the cap visor 120 is raised upward without folding, and is then wrapped around a user's head and tied on the rear of the head, thereby completing wearing. In this case, both sides of the cap visor 120 are bent backward along the curved surface of the user's forehead, regardless of whether it is disposed inward or outward, so that it remains disposed close to the human body unless it is forcibly pulled.
[0057] Furthermore, when the hooded cap of the present invention is used as a headband, the visor structure 130 of the cap visor 120 is bent smoothly, so that it can be folded at regular intervals and tied to the head to be used as a band.
[0058] Preferably, it can also be used as a scarf if necessary.
[0059] Meanwhile,
[0060] Referring to
[0061] Referring to
[0062] Preferably, the visor structures 130 and 230 may be made of a silicon material capable of minimizing the volume when folded.
[0063] Referring to
[0064] Referring to
[0065] Preferably, the visor structure 330 may be made of a plastic material.
[0066] Preferably, the handkerchief body 110 connected to the cap visor 120 may be provided with different colors or patterns, such as a single color or a checkered pattern, on the inside and outside exposed to the outside.
[0067] The present invention may provide the hooded cap having a variously adjustable visor that provides the visor structure capable of maintaining the various shapes of the cap visor, thereby enabling various types of adjustment of the hooded cap.
[0068] Furthermore, the present invention may provide the hooded cap that provides the cap visor capable of various types of adjustment, thereby enabling adjustment in accordance with the fashion sense of a user.
[0069] Furthermore, the present invention may provide the hooded cap that allows the angle of the cap visor to be adjusted, thereby improving the function of blocking sunlight.
[0070] Moreover, the present invention may provide the hooded cap in which a soft material is inserted into the cap visor so that the volume can be minimized when the hooded cap is folded and restoration into the cap visor can be made immediately when the hooded cap is unfolded, with the result that the hooded cap is convenient to carry and use.
[0071] While the present invention has been illustrated and described with reference to preferred embodiments above, it is not limited to the above embodiments. It will be apparent that various modifications and alterations may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit of the present invention and the equivalent scope of the claims to be described below.
