Abstract
The present disclosure discloses a novel jigsaw puzzle tray and a jigsaw puzzle rack thereof. The jigsaw puzzle tray includes: a seat body and a tray body, wherein a rotation connection portion is arranged between the seat body and the tray body, and the rotation connection portion is used for a circumferential rotation of the tray body to facilitate jigsaw puzzles in different orientations; a plurality of drawer assemblies that are arranged on a side wall of the tray body, drawable, and in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of jigsaw puzzle areas, wherein the plurality of drawer assemblies are used for classification placement of jigsaw blocks; and a plurality of light prompt assemblies that are arranged at a bottom of the tray body, wherein the plurality of light prompt assemblies divide the tray body into the plurality of jigsaw puzzle areas. In the present disclosure, through the arrangement of the drawer assemblies, partition placement of different classes of jigsaw blocks is realized. At the same time, through the arrangement of the light prompt assemblies, different needs of different users on the difficulty of a jigsaw puzzle may be met. In addition, rotation mounting of the tray body and the seat body further facilitates the jigsaw puzzle for the users.
Claims
1. A novel jigsaw puzzle tray, comprising: a seat body (1) and a tray body (2), wherein a rotation connection portion (3) is arranged between the seat body (1) and the tray body (2), and the rotation connection portion (3) is used for a circumferential rotation of the tray body (2) to facilitate jigsaw puzzles in different orientations; a plurality of drawer assemblies (5) that are arranged on a side wall of the tray body (2), drawable, and in one-to-one correspondence with a plurality of jigsaw puzzle areas, wherein the plurality of drawer assemblies (5) are used for classification placement of jigsaw blocks; and a plurality of light prompt assemblies (6) that are arranged at a bottom of the tray body (2), wherein the plurality of light prompt assemblies (6) divide the tray body (2) into the plurality of jigsaw puzzle areas.

The novel jigsaw puzzle tray according to claim 1, wherein each of the drawer assemblies (5) comprises a drawer portion (501) mounted on the side wall of the tray body (2) in a drawable manner, and a convex handle (502) arranged on an outer side of the drawer portion (501); and further comprises a through slot (503) formed close to the bottom side wall of the tray body (2), and the through slot (503) facilitates drawing of the convex handle (502) when the drawer portion (501) is embedded in the tray body (2).

The novel jigsaw puzzle tray according to claim 1, wherein each set of the light prompt assemblies (6) comprises a light strip (601) arranged at the bottom of the tray body (2), wherein the light strips (601) are in a number of 6 and correspond to a position of each drawer portion (501), and an operation button (602) arranged on the convex handle (502) on the corresponding drawer portion (501), wherein the operation button (602) is used for controlling turning on and off of the light strip (601) in the position.
4. The novel jigsaw puzzle tray according to claim 2, wherein a label (603) is further arranged on an upper surface of each of the convex handles (502).

The novel jigsaw puzzle tray according to claim 1, wherein the rotation connection portion (3) comprises a mounting ring (302) arranged at the bottom of the tray body (2), and a plurality of balls (301) arranged between the mounting ring (302) and the seat body (1), and the plurality of balls (301) are used for a relative rotation of the seat body (1) and the tray body (2).

A jigsaw puzzle rack, applied to the novel jigsaw puzzle tray according to any one of claims 1-5, composed of a screw connection portion, and a deflection rack body on the screw connection portion, wherein the screw connection portion is used for detachable mounting of the deflection rack body and a seat body (1) and for a position adjustment of the seat body (1) in a horizontal direction; and the deflection rack body comprises two bases (12), and two sliding rails (13) arranged on opposite faces of the two bases (12), wherein a fixed block (14) is fixed at one ends of the two sliding rails (13), and a sliding block (15) is slidably mounted at other ends of the two sliding rails (13); and further comprises a first hinge member (16) and a second hinge member (17) arranged on the fixed block (14) and the sliding block (15) respectively; and a hinge rod (18) and a mounting seat (24), wherein back ends of the hinge rod (18) and the mounting seat (24) are hinged to the first hinge member (16) and the second hinge member (17) respectively, opposite ends of the hinge rod (18) and the mounting seat (24) are rotationally connected by a hinge pin, when operating transversely, the sliding block (15) is used for driving a pitch deflection of the screw connection portion on the mounting seat (24), and thus a pitch adjustment of the seat body (1) is further realized.

The jigsaw puzzle rack according to claim 6, wherein a drive assembly is further arranged on the base (12) on a side close to the sliding block (15), and the drive assembly is used for driving transverse operation of the sliding block (15); and the drive assembly comprises a screw body (19) rotationally connected to the base (12), wherein a handle (23) is fixed to one end of the screw body (19), and a screw sleeve (20) is in a threaded connection to an other end of the screw body (19); and limiting slots (21) formed in opposite faces of the two sliding rails (13) respectively, wherein a limiting rod (22) is slidably mounted inside each of the limiting slots (21); and further comprises the screw sleeve (20) fixed to opposite ends of the limiting rods (22), wherein one end of the screw sleeve (20) is in the threaded connection to the screw body (19), an other end of the screw sleeve (20) is connected to the sliding block (15), and when rotated, the handle (23) is used for driving a limiting movement of the screw sleeve (20) and for realizing the transverse operation of the sliding block (15).

The jigsaw puzzle rack according to claim 6, wherein the screw connection portion comprises a mounting disk (8), wherein the mounting disk (8) is fixed to a top of the mounting seat (24), and a plurality of long slots (9) formed in the mounting disk (8), wherein a stud (10) is arranged in each of the long slots (9), and the studs (10) are in a threaded connection to a threaded hole (7) formed in the seat body (1); and further comprises nuts (11) arranged on two sides of each of the long slots (9) and in a threaded connection to the studs (10), wherein the two nuts (11) are used for position locking of the studs (10) and the long slot (9).
