Abstract
A computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine is provided, which includes a transmission chamber, a horizontally arranged linkage rod, a plurality of linkage plates, and a limiting slot, the linkage rod is inserted into the limiting slot, and an L-shaped plate is fixedly connected to a side of the linkage rod, a vertical part of the L-shaped plate is equipped with a plurality of horizontally arranged cylinders, and a movable end of the cylinder is fixedly connected with a slide that can extend into the limiting slot. Needle bars are arranged at lower ends of the linkage plates. Double-hook knives matched with the needle bar are respectively provided on a lower sides of the plurality of linkage plates. An upper hook is fixedly connected to an upper position on one side of the double-hook knife away from a crossbeam, and a lower hook is arranged directly below the upper hook.
Claims
1. A computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine, comprising a transmission chamber (1), wherein a horizontally arranged linkage rod (19) is arranged directly below the transmission chamber (1), a plurality of transmission shafts (3) are equidistantly arranged in the transmission chamber (1), lower ends of the plurality of transmission shafts (3) pass through the transmission chamber (1) and are fixedly connected with the linkage rod (19), a plurality of linkage plates (12) arranged side by side are arranged on one side of the linkage rod (19), a limiting slot (23) is formed on upper ends of the plurality of linkage plates (12), the linkage rod (19) is inserted in the limiting slot (23), a first position limiting member for limiting positions of the plurality of linkage plates (12) is provided on a side of each linkage plate (12) away from the linkage rod (19), an L-shaped plate (18) is fixedly connected to a side of the linkage rod (19) away from the plurality of linkage plates (12), a plurality of horizontally arranged cylinders (9) are evenly mounted on a vertical part of the L-shaped plate (18), a slider (20) that can extend into the limiting slot (23) is fixedly connected to movable ends of the plurality of cylinders (9), the slider (20) is slidably mounted on a lower surface of the linkage rod (19), a second position limiting member for limiting the positions of the plurality of linkage plates (12) is arranged on a lower side of the L-shaped plate (18), needle bars (16) are arranged at lower ends of the plurality of linkage plates (12), a plurality of double-hook knives (14) matched with the needle bars (16) are arranged on lower sides of the plurality of linkage plates (12), and the plurality of double-hook knives (14) are equidistantly arranged on one side of a beam (7), upper parts of the plurality of double-hook knives (14) away from the beam (7) are fixedly connected with an upper hook (21), and a lower hook (15) is directly arranged below the upper hook (21), the lower hook (15) is fixedly connected with the plurality of double-hook knives (14).

The computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine according to claim 1, wherein a side of the slider (20) facing the linkage rod (19) is fixedly connected with an insertion part (22), and a plurality of T-shaped slots (24) matched with the insertion part (22) are equidistantly formed on a lower surface of the linkage rod (19), and the insertion part (22) is inserted into the plurality of T-shaped slots (24), a connection part (17) is fixedly connected to an end of the slider (20) close to the plurality of cylinders (9), and the movable ends of the plurality of cylinders (9) are fixedly connected to the connection part (17).

The computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine according to claim 1, wherein the first position limiting member comprises a limiting plate (11), the limiting plate (11) for limiting the positions of the plurality of linkage plates (12) is provided on sides of the plurality of linkage plates (12) away from the linkage rod (19), a first arm (5) is fixedly connected to a side of the limiting plate (11) away from the plurality of linkage plates (12), an end of the first arm (5) away from the limiting plate (11) is fixedly connected with the transmission chamber (1), a plurality of guiding grooves (25) are evenly formed on a side of the limiting plate (11) facing the plurality of linkage plates (12), and the plurality of linkage plates (12) are inserted in the plurality of guiding grooves (25).

The computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine according to claim 1, wherein the second position limiting member comprises a pressing strip (10), which is arranged below the L-shaped plate (18) and parallel to the L-shaped plate (18), for limiting upward movement ranges of the plurality of linkage plates (12), a plurality of second arms (8) are equidistantly arranged on one side of the pressing strip (10), ends of the plurality of second arms (8) away from the pressing strip (10) are fixedly connected with the transmission chamber (1), a blocking strip is arranged under the pressing strip (10), which is arranged parallel to the pressing strip, a blocking strip (13) is fixedly connected with the plurality of second arms (8), and the plurality of linkage plates (12) are in sliding contact with one side of the blocking strip (13).

The computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine according to claim 1, wherein a needle distribution plate (6) is arranged on an upper surface of the beam (7), a plurality of needle grooves matched with the needle bars (16) are evenly formed on an upper surface of the needle distribution plate (6).

The computerized chenille jacquard carpet machine according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of sliding sleeves (4) are equidistantly arranged on a bottom of the transmission chamber (1), and the plurality of sliding sleeves (4) are wrapped on the plurality of transmission shafts (3), a plurality of partition plates (2) are equidistantly arranged in the transmission chamber (1), and the plurality of partition plates (2) and the plurality of sliding sleeves (4) are alternately arranged.
