Abstract
An arrangement for a tempering device may include a component including an opening. The arrangement may also include a tubular body through which a fluid is flowable. The tubular body may include a connecting section that may be arranged in and held by the opening of the component. At least one of the tubular body and the component may also include a plastic layer, more specifically a plastic coating, for sealing the opening.
Claims
1. An arrangement for a tempering device comprising: a component including an opening; and a tubular body through which a fluid is flowable, the tubular body including a connecting section arranged in the opening and held by the component; wherein at least one of the tubular body and the component includes a plastic layer for sealing the opening, and wherein the plastic layer is a plastic coating.
2. The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the plastic layer is arranged on at least one of the connecting section and a region of the opening.
3. The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the connecting section is deformed to connect the component and the tubular body.
4. The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein deformation of the connecting section results in an accumulation of material of the plastic layer.
5. The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the component is plastic.
6. The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the component is structured as one of a plate and a fin.
7. A method for producing an arrangement comprising: providing a component including an opening; providing a tubular body through which a fluid is flowable, the tubular body including a connecting section; arranging a plastic layer on at least one of the connecting section and a region of the opening; inserting the connecting section into the opening; and deforming the connecting section within the opening connecting the tubular body and the component.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein deforming the connection section includes forming an accumulation of material of the plastic layer for sealing the opening.
9. A modular system for the modular production of a tempering device, comprising: at least one arrangement including: a component including an opening; and a tubular body through which a fluid is flowable, the tubular body including a connecting section arranged in the opening and held by the component; wherein at least one of the tubular body and the component includes a plastic layer for sealing the opening, and wherein the plastic layer is a plastic coating; and at least one box configured to at least one of collect and distribute the fluid that flows through the tubular body; and wherein the at least one arrangement and the at least one box are able to be connected to one another.
10. A tempering device for controlling the temperature of an object or of a fluid, comprising: an arrangement including: a component including an opening; and a tubular body through which a fluid is flowable, the tubular body including a connecting section arranged in the opening and held by the component; wherein at least one of the tubular body and the component includes a plastic layer for sealing the opening, and wherein the plastic layer is a plastic coating; and a box configured to at least one of collect and distribute the fluid that flows through the tubular body; and wherein the arrangement is connected to the box.
11. The tempering device according to claim 10, wherein: p1 the component is plastic and structured as a plate; the box is plastic; and component and the box are connected to one another in a materially integral manner.
12. The tempering device according to claim 10, wherein the tempering device is produced from a modular system.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0034]
[0035] The tubular bodies 2 can be produced respectively from a metallic material, for example from aluminium. The component 3 is produced from a plastic.
[0036] As can be seen in
[0037] In
[0038] For improving the sealing effect of the respective seal, a deformation of the respective tubular body 2 takes place, as is illustrated in
[0039] In the case of the left-hand tubular body 2 in
[0040] The respective plastic layer 8 has, in addition, the advantage that it creates a certain flexibility between the associated tubular body 2 and the component 3. This means that in particular thermal stresses can be reduced between the tubular body 2, produced from a metallic material, and the component 3, produced from plastic. In addition, the tubular bodies 2 are movable relative to the component 3 in a region predetermined in particular by the provision of the plastic layer 8. This means that a rigid connection between the respective tubular body 2 and the component 3 is prevented. Hereby, in particular tolerances of the arrangement 1 can be equalized.
[0041] In
[0042]
[0043] In the example which is shown, the box 18 is produced from plastic and is connected in a materially integral manner with the base 4, produced from plastic, of the arrangement 1. In this way, seals for sealing the collector 20 or respectively distributor 21 can be dispensed with.
[0044] Through the invention, therefore, a favourably priced and simple production of such an arrangement 1 and of such a tempering device 15 is possible in different variations.
