Abstract
Provided is a slide plate valve, comprising a valve body and a valve core component comprising a valve plate (3) and a support frame (2), wherein at least one support member (4) is disposed on the top portion of the support frame (2) and sleeved with an elastic member (7) thereon, and one end of the elastic member (7) is connected to a pressing plate (5) disposed on a top end of the support member (4), and the other end of the elastic member (7) is connected to a limiting plate (6) slidably disposed on the support member. The slide plate valve avoids the problem of getting stuck.
Claims
1. A slide plate valve, comprising a valve body and a valve core component slidably disposed in the valve body, wherein the valve core component comprises a valve plate and a support frame provided inside the valve plate, one end of the support frame is connected to a driving device, the support frame is coupled to the valve plate by clamping a steel ball fixed to the support frame into a corresponding groove of the valve plate, wherein: at less one support member is disposed on a top portion of the support frame and sleeved with an elastic member thereon, and one end of the elastic member is connected to a pressing plate disposed on a top end of the support member, and the other end of the elastic member is connected to a limiting plate slidably disposed on the support member; wherein the limiting plate abuts against a top end of the valve plate when the driving device drives the support frame to move toward a bottom end of the valve body so that the elastic member is in a compressed state during movement of the support frame toward the bottom end of the valve body, and the elastic member in the compressed state exerts a force on the valve plate through the limiting plate when the support frame moves toward a top end of the valve body so that the valve plate is in a stationary state before the steel ball on the support frame returns to the groove.
2. The slide plate valve according to claim 1, wherein the number of the support member is one.

The slide plate valve according to claim 2, wherein the support member is a support rod, a top end of the support rod is fixedly connected to the pressing plate, a bottom end of the support rod is fixedly connected to the top portion of the support frame, and an outer side of the support rod is sleeved with the limiting plate.
4. The slide plate valve according to claim 2, wherein a driving rod is provided between the driving device and the support frame for driving the support frame to move under an action of the driving device.
5. The slide plate valve according to claim 1, wherein there is a plurality of support members.

The slide plate valve according to claim 5, wherein the plurality of support members are a plurality of corresponding support rods, the plurality of support rods are uniformly distributed on the top portion of the support frame, top portion of each support rod is provided with one pressing plate, bottom portion of the support rod is fixedly connected to the top portion of the support frame, and an outer side of the support rod is sleeved with the limiting plate.

[0026] When the valve plate 3 is closed, gas is introduced into a driving cylinder of the drive device 1; the driving device 1 drives the support frame 2 to move; meanwhile, since the support frame 2 is connected with the valve plate 3 by clamping the steel ball 8 into the groove, the support frame 2 during movement will drive the valve plate 3 to move toward a space to be sealed 9, and the support member 4 located on the support frame 2 moves downward during movement of the support frame 2. When the valve plate 3 moves to the bottom portion of the valve body and touches the valve body, the valve plate 3 stops moving, and at this time, the limiting plate 6 abuts against the top end of the valve plate 3. The driving device 1 drives the support frame 2 to continue moving. Since the valve plate 3 stops moving, the steel balls 8 in the groove of the valve plate 3 is extruded from the groove as the support frame 2 moves, and the extruded steel ball 8 opens valve plates 3 at both sides open, and thus the valve plates 3 at both sides are tightly attached to the valve body to achieve a good sealing effect. At the same time, during the movement of the support frame 2, the support frame 2 drives the support member 4 which is fixed to the top portion of the support frame 2 to move in the same direction. The limiting plate 6 is in a stationary state due to abutting against the valve plate 3, and the pressing plate 5 provided at the top end of the support member 4 presses the elastic member 7 with the movement of the support member 4 so that the elastic member 7 is in a compressed state.

The steel ball 8 fixed to the support frame 2 reversely moves with movement of the support frame 2. Since the elastic member 7 is still in a compressed state at this time, the elastic member 7 in the compressed state exerts a pressure on the valve plate 3 by the limiting plate 6 abutting against the valve plate 3 to prevent movement of the valve plate 3 before the steel ball 8 returns to the groove.
