BEVERAGE BOTTLE FOR DISPENSING MULTIPLE BEVERAGES

Abstract

A beverage bottle for simultaneously dispensing three beverages without mixing the beverages inside the bottle has a spiral-shape divider forming three compartments defining spiral paths for the beverages through the bottle and preventing the beverages from mixing inside the bottle.

Claims

1. A beverage bottle for simultaneously dispensing three beverages without mixing the beverages inside the bottle comprising: a closed bottom; a body extending from the closed bottom and terminating in a threaded neck comprising an open top; a triple divider disposed vertically inside the beverage bottle forming a first compartment, a second compartment and a third compartment, the triple divider comprising a three-pointed star cross section, a spiral-shape surfaces and a triple upper edge disposed flush with the open top; a threaded cap rotably secured to the threaded neck and sealing the open top; whereas, the first compartment holding a first beverage and dispensing the first beverage through the threaded neck; whereas, the second compartment holding a second beverage dispensing the second beverage through the threaded neck; whereas, the third compartment holding a third beverage dispensing the third beverage through the threaded neck; whereas, the triple divider defining spiral paths for the first, second and third beverages within the beverage bottle and preventing fluid communication between any of the first, second and third compartment.

2. A beverage bottle as in claim 1 further comprising a pliable membrane disposed between the triple upper edge and the threaded cap and impinged upon the threaded cap.

3. A beverage bottle as in claim 2 wherein the pliable membrane further comprising a three-pointed star shaped groove snugly receiving the triple upper edge.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0011] Viewing, simultaneously, FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, numeral 10 indicates a beverage bottle. Beverage bottle 10 comprises a closed bottom indicated by numeral 20, a body indicated by numeral 30 and a threaded neck indicated by numeral 40. Body 30, which is shown in this embodiment as substantially cylindrical (it can be rectangular as well), extends from closed bottom 20 and terminates in threaded neck 40. Threaded neck 40 comprises an open top indicated by numeral 40a.

[0012] Numeral 50 indicates a triple divider. Triple divider 50 is disposed vertically inside beverage bottle 10, forming a first compartment indicated by numeral 60, a second compartment indicated by numeral 70 and a third compartment indicated by numeral 80.

[0013] Triple divider 50 comprises a three-point star cross section and spiral-shape surfaces. Triple divider 50 also comprises a triple upper edge indicated by numeral 50a. Triple upper edge 50a is disposed flush with open top 40a.

Second compartment 70 holds a second beverage, for example orange juice, and dispenses orange juice through threaded neck 40. [0016] Triple Divider 50 prevents fluid communication between first, second and third compartments 60, 70, and 80, therefore, Champagne, orange juice and vodka are not mixed inside beverage bottle 10, but rather hit the palate simultaneously.
