DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiment (s) of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Whenever possible, the same reference numerals will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts.
[0014] References to one embodiment, at least one embodiment(s), an embodiment, one example, an example, for example, and so on indicate that the embodiment(s) or example(s) may include a particular feature, structure, characteristic, property, element, or limitation but that not every embodiment or example necessarily includes that particular feature, structure, characteristic, property, element, or limitation. Further, repeated use of the phrase in an embodiment does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment.
[0015] Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Although any methods and materials similar or equivalent to those described herein can also be used in the practice or testing of the present invention, the preferred methods and materials are now described. All publications, patents and patent computer implemented methods mentioned herein are incorporated herein in their entirety.
[0016] The present invention relates to a portable boat with a foldable and a flexible frame structure, wherein the portable boat is enabled with a compact storage feature which further enables providing storage of the portable boat in a closet. The portable boat is designed in a manner that in the folded state it is easy to be carried out by a single person with the help of the attached straps to the portable boat. Moreover, the foldable and flexible frame structure of the portable boat is covered with a watertight material, wherein the watertight material covers the portable boat completely from either side which further enables the portable boat to float above the water level. The watertight material provided herein, is detachable and reusable and enables easy folding and use of the portable boat.

[0019]
[0020] In a preferred embodiment of the given invention of the portable boat [100]. The person willing to use the portable boat [100] is enabled to unfold the portable boat [100], wherein the process of unfolding the portable boat [100] requires only one person and does not make use of any machinery for the same. The portable boat is comprised of a plurality of attachment members [102]. The plurality of attachment members [102] herein, are coupled by at least one hinge member [104], wherein a first end of the at least one hinge member [104] is coupled to at least one attachment member [102] and a second end of the at least one hinge member [104] is coupled to at least second attachment member [102]. The at least one hinge member [104] is like a joint provided to couple at feast two attachment members [102] together to make a frame like structure of a boat and also provide flexibility and fold ability to the portable boat [100]. Once the portable boat [100] is in the unfolded state the person willingly using the portable boat [100] is enabled to cover the portable boat [100] structure with a watertight material [106], wherein the watertight material [106] is made up of a reusable material, increasing the life span of the watertight material [106] and preventing any water to pass through the watertight material [106]. This watertight material [106] further enables complete covering of the plurality of attachment members [102] together and enables floating of the portable boat [100] above the water level. When the use of the portable boat [100] is concluded then the watertight material [106] is removed and the portable boat [100] is folded with the help of the straps attached and is carried along by the one person to store the portable boat [100] in a closet.
[0021] In another embodiment of the invention the portable boat [100] structure with a watertight material [106] is also enabled to receive a small motor which is further enabled to be fitted onto the plurality of attachment members [102], wherein this motor further enables the portable boat [100] to be automatically driven by at least one user onto the water or the plain surface.
[0022] While the invention has been described in detail with specific reference to preferred embodiments thereof, it is understood that variations and modifications thereof may be made without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention.
