DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0021]
[0022] The transparent fabric panel 103 is made transparent so that the insert element 102 is easily seen when viewing the purse 101. The inner surface 103c of the transparent fabric panel 103 and the outer surface 101a of the purse 101 defines the space 103d therebetween. The adhesive strip 104 is positioned on the outer surface 101a of the purse 101 for releasably sealing the transparent fabric panel 103 with the outer surface 101a of the purse 101 as exemplarily illustrated in
[0023] In an embodiment, the adhesive strip 104 is replaced by other fastening elements, for example, hook and loop fasteners such as Velcro of Velcro Industries B.V. LLC, zip fasteners, button fasteners, snap fasteners, etc. Thus, the insert element 102 is positioned in the space 103d defined by the transparent fabric panel 103 for displaying the insert element 102. If the double sided sticky tape design is used as the adhesive strip 104, then the outer surface 101a of the purse 101 and the transparent fabric panel 103 would typically be made of a material, for example, a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fabric suitable to adhere to the double sided sticky tape. The insert element 102 are, for example, a sketched image, a printed image, a photo(s) image, an art and craft object, etc. The insert element 102 is customizable based on creativity and selection of designs by different individuals. For example, the insert element 102 is an object designed by children as part of a class project. Alternately, the insert element 102 is a sketched image of a celebrity designed as a gift. Different embodiments of the present invention provide an insert element 102 that is easy to use, offers flexibility and individualisation through the craft/artwork insert design. Furthermore, articles used to design the insert element 102, for example, craft paper, fabric, etc., are cost effective and a practical, personalised, and useful item for the gift receiver or user of the purse 101. As the insert element 102 is easily customized, individuals of different age groups, different interests are capable of using the sealable display pouch 100.
[0024]
[0025] In an embodiment, the purse 101 comprises a fastening tab 106 positioned at one end of the purse 101 and fastenable by inserting the fastening tab 106 into a loop 107 on the other end. In an embodiment, the fastening tab 106 and the loop 107 are replaced by other fastening elements, for example, hook and loop fasteners such as Velcro of Velcro Industries B.V. LLC, zip fasteners, button fasteners, snap fasteners, clasps, etc. The insert element 102 is inserted into the opening 103a of the transparent fabric panel 103 as exemplarily illustrated in
[0026]
[0027] After this step, the insert element 102 is positioned in the space 103d situated between the inner surface 103c of the transparent fabric panel 103 and the outer surface 201a of the wallet 201 as exemplarily illustrated in
[0028]
[0029] The foregoing examples have been provided merely for the purpose of explanation and are in no way to be construed as limiting of the sealable display pouch 100, disclosed herein. While the sealable display pouch 100 has been described with reference to various embodiments, it is understood that the words, which have been used herein, are words of description and illustration, rather than words of limitation. Further, although the sealable display pouch 100 has been described herein with reference to particular means, materials, and embodiments, the sealable display pouch 100 is not intended to be limited to the particulars disclosed herein; rather, the sealable display pouch 100 extends to all functionally equivalent structures, methods and uses, such as are within the scope of the invention.
