Abstract
A building construction element for the efficient erection of a building is disclosed. The construction element is attached to other construction elements to form a structure or positioned around a structure to provide protection behind the series of construction elements. The construction element includes a plurality of interlocking supports, a first coupling bracket, a second coupling bracket, an interior-wall sheet, and an exterior-wall sheet. Each of the interlocking supports engage at least one other interlocking support to form a wall. The first coupling bracket and the second coupling bracket secure the plurality of interlocking supports together. The interior-wall sheet and the exterior-wall enclose the plurality of interlocking supports, the first coupling bracket, and the second coupling bracket in order to reduce heat and sound transfer through the construction element.
