Abstract
The present invention is clothing that is easily placed on or removed from a person's easing the maneuvering around medical devices or wounds. The apparel looks like traditional clothing but it is functional clothing adaptable to medical treatment and medical apparatuses and is intended to be an alternative to traditional clothing for those who are immobile or disabled. The clothing contains one or more functional seams that extend along select regions on the garments to allow the garments to be removed with greater convenience.
Claims
1. An upper-body article of clothing comprising: a collar; at least one sleeve; at least one seam that is replaced by fasteners in order to provide easier access for the wearer; Accesses that provide access to the body of the user wearing the article of clothing without complete removal of the article of clothing from the body of the user.
2. The article as defined in claim 1, wherein each selected access is opened or closed by an incremental fasteners.
3. The article as defined in claim 1, wherein the arm access composes of snaps.
4. The article as defined in claim 1, wherein the anterior torso accesses comprise of snaps.
5. The article as defined in claim 1, wherein the upper-body article of clothing comprises arm access, due to the fasteners, that extends along the entirety of the first sleeve and a second arm access that extends along the entirety of the second sleeve.
8. The article as defined in claim 1, wherein the upper-body article of clothing comprises of torso access that extends along the entirety of the left side of the terse region and a second side torso access that extends along the entirety of the right side of the torso region.
7. A lower-body article of clothing comprising: a waistline; at least one leg access, due to the fasteners, extending along the outer leg from the waist region down to the ankle region;
8. The article as defined in claim 7, wherein each leg access is opened or closed by an incremental fastening device.
9. The article as defined in claim 7, wherein the leg accesses comprises of snaps.
10. The article as defined in claim 7, wherein the knee accesses comprises of snaps.
11. The article as defined in claim 7, wherein the hip accesses comprises of snaps.
