Abstract
Disclosed herein are portable amusement apparatus and portable floating amusement apparatuses for ejecting fluid such as water. The portable amusement apparatus includes an upper portion configured to float above a fluid level. The upper portion is hollow within and includes a switch and multiple outlets for ejecting the fluid outwards. The portable amusement apparatus further includes a lower portion attached to the upper portion, the lower portion is hollow within and is configured to remain submerged under the fluid level. The upper portion includes at least one battery, a pump configured to eject fluid in a pre-defined direction through the outlets, and a fluid inlet connected to the pump. The fluid inlet is configured to supply the fluid to the pump from outside of the lower portion.
Claims
1. A portable amusement apparatus for ejecting fluid, comprising: an upper portion configured to float above a fluid level, the upper portion is hollow within and further comprises: a switch; and a plurality of adjustable outlets for ejecting the fluid outwards; and a lower portion attached to the upper portion, the lower portion is hollow within and is configured to remain submerged under the fluid level, wherein the lower portion further comprises; at least one battery; a pump configured to eject fluid in a pre-defined direction through the plurality of outlets; a fluid inlet connected to the pump, the fluid inlet is configured to supply the fluid to the pump 112 from outside of the lower portion.
2. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pump is configured to eject the fluid in a pre-defined pattern.
3. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 2, wherein the pre-defined pattern comprises at least one of a swirl, a jet, and a mist.
4. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 1, wherein the pre-defined direction comprises at least one of a left direction, a right direction, and an upward direction.
5. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of light emitting diodes on the upper portion.
6. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 1 being substantially conical in shape.
7. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising at least one speaker for playing out music.
8. The portable amusement apparatus of claim 1 further comprising an attachment device comprising at least one of an anchor and a string for attaching the portable amusement apparatus to a surface.
9. A portable floating amusement apparatus for ejecting fluid, comprising: a device comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, the device is hollow within, wherein the upper portion is configured to float above a fluid level, further wherein the lower portion is configured to remain submerged under the fluid level, the conical shape device further comprises: a switch; a plurality of outlets configured to eject fluid in a pre-defined direction to form a pre-defined pattern; at least one battery for supplying power to the conical shape device; a pump configured to eject the fluid through the plurality of outlets; and a fluid inlet connected to the pump, the fluid inlet is configured to supply the fluid from around the lower portion to the pump.
10. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 9, wherein the pre-defined direction comprises at least one of a left direction, a right direction, and an upward direction.
11. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 9, wherein the pump is configured to eject the fluid in a pre-defined pattern, wherein the pre-defined pattern comprises at least one of a swirl, a jet, and a mist.
12. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 9, wherein the conical shape device further comprises a plurality of light emitting diodes.
13. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 9, wherein the conical shape device further comprises at least one speaker for playing out music.
14. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 9, wherein the fluid comprises water.
15. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 9 further comprising an attachment device comprising at least one of an anchor and a string for attaching the conical shape device to a surface.
16. A portable floating amusement apparatus for ejecting water, comprising: a conical shape device comprising an upper portion and a lower portion, the conical shape device is hollow within, wherein the upper portion is configured to float above a water level, further wherein the lower portion is configured to remain submerged under the water level, the conical shape device further comprising: a switch located on an outer surface of the upper portion; a plurality of outlets on the outer surface of the upper portion, the plurality of outlets are configured to eject water in a pre-defined direction to form a pre-defined pattern; a plurality of LEDs on the outer surface of the upper portion; at least one battery encased within the lower portion for supplying power; a pump encased within the lower portion, the pump is configured to eject the water through the plurality of outlets; a water inlet on an outer surface of the lower portion, wherein the water inlet is connected to the pump, the water inlet is configured to supply the water from outside the lower portion to the pump; and an attachment device comprising at least one of an anchor and a string for attaching the conical shape device to a surface.
17. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 16, wherein the pre-defined direction comprises at least one of a left direction, a right direction, and an upward direction.
18. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 17, wherein the pre-defined pattern comprises at least one of a swirl, a jet, and a mist.
19. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 18, wherein the conical shape device further comprises at least one speaker for playing out music.
20. The portable floating amusement apparatus of claim 19 further comprising a solar energy power source.
