Abstract

A wooden dispenser for disposable wood cutlery comprises a storage cabinet adapted to retain a plurality of cutlery therein; a lever for sequentially ejecting the plurality of cutlery from the storage cabinet; a wall mount, or be mounted to a rondel sold separately. The dispenser distributes one unit at a time, reducing contamination and usage with a capacity of up to 200 pieces of cutlery that can be loaded in quickly and easily.

Claims

1. A wooden cutlery dispenser for wood cutleries comprising: a storage cabinet for containing a plurality of wooden cutlery wherein the storage cabinet has a capacity of up to 200 pieces of wood cutlery one unit at a time, a semi-automatic cam mechanism comprising at least one cam, wherein said cam is configured to dispense a piece of cutlery from the storage cabinet, said cam jointly affixed to a lever, a wall mount design behind the back of the wood dispenser, wherein the wall mount design is adapted to allow the dispenser be hanged or mounted on a wall.

2. The wooden cutlery dispenser for wood cutleries of claim 1, wherein the actuation of the cam is semi-automated.

3. The wooden cutlery dispenser for wood cutleries of claim 2, wherein the actuation is initiated in response to a push down lever.

4. The wooden cutlery dispenser for wood cutleries of claim 1, wherein the storage cabinet retains the plurality of cutlery in a stacked arrangement.

5. The wooden cutlery dispenser for wood cutleries of claim 4, wherein the storage cabinet comprises a top loader opening for accepting banded packets of cutlery.

6. The wooden cutlery dispenser for wood cutleries of claim 1, wherein the cutlery is 100% natural, 100% renewable, and 100% compostable birch wood disposable cutlery.

[0027] In FIG. 1 the present invention discloses the perspective front side view of the invention which comprises of a storage cabinet (1) adapted to retain a plurality of wooden cutlery utensils therein; a semi-automatic dispense mechanism (4) in operative communication with the ejector/dispensing lever (2) for sequentially dispensing the plurality of wood cutlery from the storage cabinet, and a transparent front cover (3) to protect the wood cutlery from dust, and other contamination.

HOW THE INVENTION IS USED

[0034] The invention is easy to use as the structural design is lightweight, sturdy and provides an easy method of dispensing wood cutlery from therein. It dispenses one unit at a time, which reduces contamination and usage. Perfect for any size business, but in particular for large volume foodservice operations. The cutleries are loaded into the dispenser, from the top, quick and easy to reload and holds up to 200 pieces of cutlery at a time. It can stand alone on a counter, be wall mounted, or be mounted to a rondel sold separately, making it suitable for any size business.
