    Abstract

    A flush paddle for the commode which is meant to help limit the spread of bacteria. The sleeve for the flush paddle slides right over top of the toilet handle. The cord length is suitable for the standard toilet and allows for the user to flush a standard commode without using their hands.

    Claims

    1. A flush paddle for a commode comprising of a handle sleeve, cord, and paddle.

    2. The flush paddle for the commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord, and paddle as in claim 1, wherein the handle sleeve is able to slide over the standard toilet handle.

    3. The flush paddle for the commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord, and paddle as in claim 1, wherein the handle sleeve is affixed to a cord.

    4. The flush paddle for the commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord, and paddle as in claim 1, wherein the cord comes in different lengths to accommodate different commode heights.

    5. The flush paddle for the commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord, and paddle as in claim 1, wherein the cord is distally affixed to the paddle at two points.

    6. The flush paddle for the commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord, and paddle as in claim 1, wherein the paddle is light weight enough to be held off the ground by the resistance of the toilet handle.

    7. The flush paddle for the commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord, and paddle as in claim 1, wherein the paddle may be stepped on to flush the toilet.

    8. A method of making a flush paddle for a commode comprising of a handle sleeve, cord, and paddle.

    9. The method of making the flush paddle for a commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord and paddle as in claim 8, wherein the handle sleeve is able to slide over the standard toilet handle.

    10. The method of making the flush paddle for a commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord and paddle as in claim 8, wherein the handle sleeve is affixed to a cord.

    11. The method of making the flush paddle for a commode comprising of the handle sleeve, cord and paddle as in claim 8, wherein the cord comes in different lengths to accommodate different commode heights.
