    Abstract

The present disclosure relates to an automatically serving and recovering structure device for a table air hockey, which comprises a body, a ball pocket baseplate bracket, a ball pocket baseplate, a ball pocket, a nylon disc, a motor, a nylon cross turntable, three-bump hardware, a straight fixed iron block, a bearing, fairway hardware, an acrylic table, a counter and a plurality of screwing elements. The balls are driven by the counterclockwise rotation of the nylon cross turntable, and are pushed up in a straight line in sequence to enter a track under the cooperation of a plurality of three-bump hardware distributed in an arc line. The ball falls off the game table from the ball ejection track, then enters the ball inlet hardware, passes through the counter, passes through the hardware parts of the ball bend and then falls into the ball pocket.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0061] When the game is started, the 04 motor drives the 07 straight fixed iron block and the 05 nylon cross turntable to rotate counterclockwise. The nylon cross turntable is provided with four 051 arc-shaped grooves. The grooves are 20 mm in depth, and at least three balls can be stacked in the grooves, so that the nylon cross turntable rotates to drive the balls to move. The balls move with the 05 nylon cross turntable to the 06c.06b.06a limit contact of the 09 bearing and the 06 three-bump hardware, so that the ball changes its moving direction from the 035 nylon cross turntable into the 10 upper ball track hardware. At this time, there are a plurality of 055 grooves at the bottom of the 05 nylon cross turntable to avoid the 06 three-bump hardware to complete the ball ejection in a rotating manner, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 6.

[0062] The balls enter the 10 upper ball track hardware, and 101 square holes are used to observe the moving track of the 33 balls, as shown in FIG. 5 to FIG. 9. Thereafter, the glass bead ball passes through the 10 upper ball track hardware to reach the top of the upper ball track hardware, and then the 33 balls fall from the left and right to the 13 or 16 plastic suction track. The 15 or 18 counter at the ball outlet of the plastic suction track is triggered to count. The glass bead ball reaches the 132, 162 track outlets through the 131, 161 arc direction-changing positions, and the ball falls to the 19 acrylic table of the machine. The game player pushes the ball with the ball handle to make the ball enter the 20 or 24 ball inlet hardware, as shown in FIG. 12, FIG. 13 and FIG. 16. The 33 balls fall into the 20 or 24 ball inlet hardware, then passes through the counter, passes through the lower ball bend hardware and then falls into the 03 ball pocket. The ball is driven by the 05 nylon cross turntable again to achieve circular ball ejection, as shown in FIG. 13 to FIG. 15.
