    Abstract

    A dog waste bag dispenser device that includes space for two waste bag rolls. The device includes two axle assemblies allowing for bag rolls and allows a user to easily remove a dog waste bag from the dog waste bag rolls. The device includes a plurality of protrusions which allows an attachment strap to connect the device to objects in multiple ways for easy portability. The device includes protrusions allowing for items to be attached such as used dog waste bags or other articles which will fit within the protrusions.

    Claims

    1. A dog waste bag dispenser device, comprising: An internal space for two waste bag rolls to fit.

    2. The bag dispenser of claim 1, wherein there is an outer housing made of a rigid material such as plastic or composite that forms an internal cavity for the waste bag rolls to sit in.

    3. The bag dispenser of claim 1, wherein there is an outer housing made of a soft material such as cloth or silicone that forms an internal cavity for a waste bag roll to sit in.

    4. The bag dispenser of claim 2, wherein there is a openable cap. The cap can be screwably opened, hinged, clipped or other similar methods known to those in the art.

    5. The bag dispenser of claim 1, wherein there are axle assemblies allowing the waste bag rolls to smoothly rotate.

    6. The bag dispenser of claim 1, wherein there is a large opening allowing for a user to easily pull waste bags out of the device.

    7. The bag dispenser of claim 1, wherein there are protrusions on the outside of the device that allow for items to be attached such as used dog waste bags or other articles which will fit within the protrusions.

    8. The bag dispenser of claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of protrusions which allows an attachment strap to connect the device to objects in multiple ways for easy portability.

    A DETAILED DESCRIPTION

    [0029] Details of some embodiments of the apparatus in the present invention are described below

    [0030] Referring to FIG. 1, in some embodiments of the apparatus there may be a lower clamshell housing 1 rotatably attached to an upper clamshell housing 2 by a cylindrical shaft 3. The lower clamshell housing 1 may have several cutouts 4 that allows for a strap 9 to be routed through. The lower clamshell housing 1 and upper clamshell housing may have shafts 5 that allow two waste bag rolls 6 to be securely housed. In some embodiments the apparatus may have a cutout 7 that allows for the waste bag rolls 6 to be accessed.

    [0031] Referring to FIG. 3, in some embodiments the apparatus may have an upper clamshell housing 1 (FIG. 1) rotatably connected through a hinge mechanism 3 to a lower clamshell housing 2 (FIG. 1). In some embodiments the two housings can be secured shut through a clip mechanism 8. In some embodiments there can be a strap 9 routed through cutouts 4 in the housings.
