GOLF ACCESSORY

Abstract

The present invention discloses a golf accessory comprising at least one human figure and one or more golf tools detachably affixed to the human figure. The golf tools comprise a golf ball position marker, a divot tool, and a golf tee. The human figure comprises a torso member, a head member attached to the torso member, and at least two first limbs movably extend from the torso member. Each first limb comprises an attachment end portion that is pivotally connected to the torso member and a hand end portion. The hand end portion comprises a hollow portion configured to receive and detachably retain the golf tee. The head member comprises at least one first recess configured to securely receive the ball position marker. The torso member comprises at least one second recess configured to securely receive the divot tool.

Claims

1. A golf accessory, comprising: at least one human figure, and one or more golf tools detachably affixed to the human figure.

2. The golf accessory of claim 1, wherein the golf tools comprise a golf ball position marker, a divot tool, and a golf tee.

3. The golf accessory of claim 1, wherein the human figure comprises a torso member, a head member attached to the torso member, and at least two first limbs movably extend from the torso member.

4. The golf accessory of claim 3, wherein each limb comprises an attachment end portion and a hand end portion.

5. The golf accessory of claim 4, wherein the attachment end portion is pivotally connected to the torso member.

6. The golf accessory of claim 4, wherein the hand end portion comprises a hollow portion configured to receive and detachably retain the golf tee.

7. The golf accessory of claim 3, wherein the head member is shaped and ornamented to substantially resemble a golf ball.

8. The golf accessory of claim 3, wherein the head member comprises at least one first recess formed at a top portion of the head member, the first recess is configured to securely receive the ball position marker.

9. The golf accessory of claim 3, wherein the torso member comprises at least one second recess configured to securely receive the divot tool.

10. The golf accessory of claim 3, wherein the divot tool is formed as a part of a clothing article of the human figure.

11. The golf accessory of claim 1, further comprises a magnetic assembly configured to detachably attach the golf tools to the human figure.

12. The golf accessory of claim 1, is made of plastic material.

13. The golf accessory of claim 1, is made of vinyl material.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLE EMBODIMENTS

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, a golf accessory 100 is configured to detachably hold one or more golf tools (104, 106, 108). In one embodiment, the golf accessory 100 is a golf toy tag. The golf accessory 100 comprises at least one human figure 102 and the golf tools (104, 106, 108). The human figure 102 is an articulated toy. The golf tools (104, 106,108) include, but not limited to, a golf ball position marker 104, a divot tool 106, and a golf tee 108.

[0021] The human figure 102 comprises a torso member 110 and a head member 112. The head member 112 extends from an upper end of the torso member 110. The head member 112 is shaped and ornamented to substantially resemble a golf ball. The human figure 102 further comprises one or more ornamental accessories. The ornamental accessories provide an aesthetic value to the golf accessory 100. In one embodiment, the ornamental accessories include a cap 132. The cap 132 is integrally formed over the head member 112. The human figure 102 further comprises at least two first limbs 114. The first limbs 114 movably extend from the torso member 110. The first limbs 114 define the arms of the human figure 102.

The human figure 102 further comprises at least two second limbs 116 that are extending from the torso member 110. The second limbs 116 define legs of the human figure 102.

In an example, the golf accessory 100 has a dimension of about 5.7 inches in height. In an example, the head member 112 has a dimension of about 5.28/134.05 mm in circumference and 1.68/42.67 mm in diameter. However, the golf accessory 100 could be designed to have any dimension suitable for use as a golf toy tag.
