The ornamental design for a portion of a display panel with a transitional graphical user interface for navigating imagery, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 shows a detail of FIG. 2, enlarged and separate from the display panel for clarity of illustration;

(2) FIG. 2 shows a front view of a portion of a display panel with a transitional graphical user interface for navigating imagery, showing a first image in a sequence for the new design;

(3) FIG. 3 shows a detail of FIG. 4, enlarged and separate from the display panel for clarity of illustration; and,

(4) FIG. 4 shows a second image in a sequence for the new design.

(5) The subject matter of the present disclosure includes a process or period during which one image changes into another image. The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, FIGS. 3 and 1, FIGS. 2 and 4, and FIGS. 4 and 2. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.
