    Abstract

The Go Tray was designed to allow an individual to carry their food on a tray where the individual has complete control of the tray with one hand. The tray can be customized for a particular food vendors menu. At the same time the Go Tray allows for advertising information on the front view. The Go Tray will be constructed for a one time use and therefore will be made from a thin plastic or cardboard.

    Claims

    1. The Go Tray is the sole invention of Eric Michael Hyman. The invention which is to be constructed utilizing plastic, cardboard, or any similar type material is capable of carrying many different types of food products and can be customized for each individual vendor's fair. The design is such that the food, condiments, and beverage are held in place by pockets of varying depths on the Go Tray. The Go Tray itself is able to be carried with one hand which slides under the tray and grasps the beverage pocket thus enabling free use of the other hand. The design is unique because of the following: (1) it allows for the food not to be bumped off the tray in arena type environments; (2) it allows for easy sitting to standing to sitting positions as in an arena type environment when someone needs to pass you to get to their seat and also to stand and cheer for your team; (3) it allows you to pull/carry a piece of luggage as in an airport environment; (4) allows you to use your other hand to simply eat the food on the tray without having to worry about the tray falling off your lap.
