DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0023] In the disclosed invention, while the embodiments are described herein with reference to illustrative examples, it should be understood that the embodiments are not limited thereto.
[0024] The exterior of the bag,
[0025]
[0026] The body of the present invention is stitched together as represented by broken lines in
[0027] The dimensions of the bag are significant to its purpose, measuring 2660 when completely opened and is rectangular in shape. The length of the bag, when hanging on a closet rod of average height, uses nearly all of vertical space.
[0028]
[0029]
[0030] Contained within the top margin 15 of the opened bag is a rod 3 which extends slightly short of the length of the zipper 7 as seen in
[0031]
[0032] The two belt loops 11 measure approximately 13 and are approximately 1 apart and are sewn onto the outside of the bag as shown in
[0033]
[0034] To begin the process of closing the bag, simply fold compartments one 16 and five 20 inward as shown in
[0035] Next, fold the remaining two compartments 17, 19 in the same manner. This will result in a triangular shaped bag when empty, as shown in
[0036] In order to fasten the belt 10 take the loose end and pass it across the top of the bag and under the two belt loops 11 as shown in
[0037] To partially conceal the ends of the duffle bag, take hold of a toggle 5 with one hand and take hold of the ribbon 4 in another hand. Then, gently squeeze the toggle 5 toward the bag while pulling the ribbon 4 away from the bag. Repeat this step with the adjacent ribbon and toggle, and then tie the two ends of ribbon 4 as one would tie their shoe laces. Replicate this on the other side of the bag. This will also serve to round the edges of the bag to create a cylindrical shape and is ready to be carried, as shown in
[0038] To open the bag, reverse the process.
[0039] The bag can then be filled with many bulky items as shown in
[0040] When the bag is full, it remains slender as seen in
[0041] It will be obvious to those having skill in the art that many changes may be made to the details of the above described embodiments without departing from the underlying principles of the invention.
