HOLDER FOR STIRRING BEVERAGE BAG

Abstract

The present invention discloses a holder for beverage bag. The holder comprises a holder stem, a holder body disposed at the front end of holder stem and connected to the holder stem, a clamping element disposed on the holder body, and one end of the clamping element is fixed on the holder body. The clamping element or clamping structure of the holder for beverage bag according to the present invention is used to clamp said beverage bag, at the same time the holder body may stir the beverage in the water. Therefore, the beverage bag holder of the present invention may achieve the both functions for clamping beverage bag and stirring beverage in the water.

Claims

1. A holder for beverage bag comprising: a holder stem; a holder body disposed at a front end of holder stem and connected to the holder stem; a clamping element disposed on the holder body, wherein one end of the clamping element is fixed on the holder body.

2. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 1, wherein the holder stem and the holder body are integral.

3. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 1, wherein the clamping structure is formed between the clamping element and the holder body.

4. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 3, wherein the clamping structure is hair clip structure.

5. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 1, wherein the front end of holder body has a notch.

The holder for beverage bag according to claim 5, wherein in the direction of length of holder stem from the holder stem to the holder body, the notch is parallel to the central longitudinal axis of holder stem or lies in the central longitudinal axis or forms the acute angle with the central longitudinal axis.

7. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 1, wherein the holder stem has a slot.

8. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 7, wherein in the direction of length of holder stem from the holder body to the holder stem, the slot forms the acute angle with the central longitudinal axis of holder stem.

9. The holder for beverage bag according to claim 1, wherein the holder further comprises a suspended component, said suspended component comprises a suspended clip and an engaging portion which are connected together, said engaging portion is engaged with the holder stem and fixed to it.

The holder for beverage bag according to claim 9, wherein the suspended clip and the engaging portion are integral; said holder stem comprises two opposite side surfaces, a sliding groove and the steps for sliding groove are disposed in each side surface, and at least one limit stop is disposed in at least one sliding groove; said engaging portion comprises two opposite slippers cooperated with two sliding grooves of holder stem and sliding therein and the channel connected with two slippers, said channel accommodates the steps for sliding grooves sliding therein; at least one engaging trough is disposed on the opposite face of at least one slipper as to cooperate with the limit stop and limit it.

Then, the beverage bag 8, including but not limit to tea bag or coffee bag is clamped into the clamping structure 5 of hair clip structure, then the string 9 of beverage bag is passed through said notch 6, wrapped around the holder stem 2 and finally said string 9 is hold into the slot 7. The suspended clip 11 may be clipped on the edge of a cup, inside of cup or outside of cup. Then, the water is added into the cup, and the water is gently stirred by the holder clamping the beverage bag.
