The ornamental design for a resilient fabric gift wrap, as shown and described.

Description

(1) FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a resilient fabric gift wrap showing the sleeves of the giftwrap separated;

(2) FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

(3) FIG. 3 is a perspective view thereof, shown in an alternate configuration of use assembled onto a gift box; and,

(4) FIG. 4 is a side elevation view thereof.
