[0019] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numerals provided in the drawings indicate the same members.

[0020] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a configuration of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 a cross-sectional view illustrating a configuration of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0021] FIG. 3 is a view illustrating an state where a first magnet is coupled to a rotation body of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a state where a second magnet is coupled to a lipstick holder of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a rotation body 100 which is disposed at a lower portion of a lipstick holder 300 and ascends/descends the lipstick holder 300 by rotation; a guide tube 400 wherein a spiral groove 410 is formed such that a guide protrusion 310 of the lipstick holder 300 can be guided; a rotation tube 200 which is disposed at an interior of the guide tube 400 and equips a vertical guide groove 210 where a guide protrusion 310 of the lipstick holder 300 is guided vertically in a upward and downward direction; a lipstick holder 300, where a lipstick (L) is mounted, including a guide protrusion 310 disposed at the vertical guide groove 210 of the rotation tube 200 and the spiral groove 410 of the guide tube 400; a lipstick receiving tube 500, coupled encasing the guide tube 400, where the lipstick (L) is inserted and withdrawn when a user rotates the rotation body 100 while gripping; and over cap 600 which encases the lipstick receiving tube 500 and is coupled detachably to the rotation body 100. The structure combinating the rotation body 100, the rotation tube 200, the lipstick holder 300, the guide tube 400, the lipstick receiving tube 500 and the over cap 600 is a prior art which the present invention belongs to; therefore, detailed description will be omitted. Hereafter, the structure that the lipstick holder 300 descends according to a rotation of the rotation body 100 will be described.

[0023] In the present invention, it is characterized that a first magnet 120 is provided at an inner side surface of the rotation body 100 such that the lipstick holder 300 can be lowered by a magnetic force, and a first insertion groove 110, where a first magnet 120 is inserted, is formed therein such that the first magnet 120 is able to be fixed firmly.

[0024] The first magnet 120 lowers a lipstick holder 300 by an attraction force with a second magnet 330 which is formed at a lower portion of the lipstick holder 300 in a process when a guide protrusion 310 of the lipstick holder 300 descends along a vertical guide groove 210 and a spiral groove 410 by rotation of the rotation body. An attraction force between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330 does not act due to the separated distance thereof when the lipstick holder is placed at a top dead point, and then the lipstick holder 300 descends by a magnetic force from the moment the attraction force between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330 acts after the lipstick holder 300 descends to the predetermined distance by rotation of the rotation body 100. Due to this, only until the moment when the attraction force between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330, when rotating the rotation body 100, the rotation body 100 rotates automatically and thereby the lipstick holder 300 descends as the second magnet 330 moves to a direction of the first magnet 120 by a magnetic force. Therefore, a user does not need to keep rotating the rotation body 100 in order to lower the lipstick holder 300 to the end, which brings user convenience.

[0025] Meanwhile, the lipstick holder 300, which is coupled with a lipstick (L) and supports the lipstick (L), comprises a pair of guide protrusions 310 at both of an outer circumferential surface thereof which moves along a vertical groove 210 of a rotation tube 200 and a spiral groove 410 of a guide tube 400. The present invention has a feature in that a second magnet 330 is installed at a lower portion of the lipstick holder 300 and is possible to descend by a magnetic force. A second insertion groove 320 where the second magnet 330 is inserted is formed therein such that the second magnet 330 can be fixed firmly.

[0026] The second magnet 330 rotates the rotation body 100 and lowers the lipstick holder 300 by an attraction force with the first magnet 120 inserted to a first insertion groove 110 of the rotation body 100 while a guide protrusion 310 of the lipstick holder 300 is descending along a vertical guide groove 210 and a spiral groove 410.

[0027] Meanwhile, in the above, it was described that a first magnet 120 and a second magnet 330 are inserted respectively into a first insertion groove 110 and a second insertion groove 320, and thereby a lipstick holder 300 descends by an attraction force between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330. However, it is also possible that a magnet is inserted into one of either the first insertion groove 110 or the second insertion groove 320 and a metal is inserted into the other to rotate a rotation body 100, such that the lipstick holder 300 can be lowered by a magnetic force from the moment when an magnetic force starts to act to the metal while the lipstick holder 300 is descending.

[0028] Hereinafter, referring FIGS. 5 to 7, an operational process of a lipstick container according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be explained.

[0029] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, firstly, when a rotation body 100 is rotated to one side direction while a lipstick receiving tube 500 is gripped with one hand, a guide protrusion 310 ascends along a vertical guide groove 210 and a spiral groove 410, and due to this, the lipstick (L) is exposed to the outside and will be ready to be used. At this moment, a first magnet 120 and a second magnet 330 stay separated each other.

[0030] Next, when the rotation body 100 is rotated to the other side direction, the guide protrusion 310 of the lipstick holder 300 descends along the vertical guide groove 210 and the spiral groove 410. Due to this, the lipstick (L) gets inserted to the interior of the lipstick receiving tube 500. When the lipstick holder 300 descends in a predetermined distance while descending, an attraction force arises between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330 as the distance between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330 gets narrower, and thereby the lipstick holder 300 gets to descend by a magnetic force of the first magnet 120 and the second magnetic force 330.

[0031] In the present invention, without keeping rotating the rotation body 100 in order to lowering the lipstick holder 300 to the end, if the rotation body 100 is rotated only until the point when the attraction force between the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330 acts, the lipstick holder 300 descends automatically by a magnetic force of the first magnet 120 and the second magnet 330. Therefore, a user can easily insert the lipstick (L) into the lipstick receiving tube 500. In addition, it is possible to fundamentally prevent a breakage e.g. crush of the lipstick (L) which may be caused by coupling an over cap 600 to the rotation body 100 without descending the lipstick holder 300 to the end.
