Abstract
The present invention consists in a nozzle for the efficient injection of viscous fluids into holes, cracks or groves through a mechanism preventing the draining outwardly of the volume to fill, which is obtained by incorporating to the injector's tip a screen with a central boring adjusted to the injector tip's surface, preferably of a semi-spherical form and of ferrous material, where said screen shows some freedom of movement levels with respect to the injector, thanks to screen's central boring being surrounded of magnets and having a semi-spherical profile that supplements the injector's tip.
Claims
1. A device for the injection of viscous fluids in holes, cracks or grooves; preferably for mortar injection in masonry wall construction through bricks or blocks for allowing the use of some kind of separators or connectors to produce the proper distance between the bricks or blocks; comprising a tubular body which receives fluid to inject for one end, and in its opposite end with an injector nozzle with a tip, WHEREIN the device comprises a flat screen with a central boring, through which the injector nozzle is inserted and the tip injector is projecter over the surface of the flat screen, said injector tip being coupled to the screen, said coupling being capable of allowing inclination of said screen with respect to the injection nozzle, which allows to adjust the flat screen with the surface with a small pressure of the device over the groove, preventing the viscous fluid to drain out of said groove.
2. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the tip of the injector comprises a ring-shaped depression close to its end and the adjustment between the tip of the injector and the screen is through an elastomeric material.
3. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the shape of the tip of the injector that allows housing said screen, has a semi-spherical shape in its end and it is supplemented with the same semi-spherical form in the central boring of the screen.
4. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 3, WHEREIN said screen's boring is surrounded by one or more magnets that keep the screen adhered to the injector's ferrous tip.
5. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 3, WHEREIN the screen remains adhered to the tip of the injector through a plurality of springs that pulls the screen from equidistant points from the center towards a ring located in the nozzle's tubular body.
6. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the screen consists in a disk with rounded external edge or curved backwards.
7. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the screen is made of transparent material, as glass or polycarbonate for example.
8. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the nozzle in addition comprises a handle that is perpendicular to the tubular body.
9. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the nozzle in addition comprises a handle on the rear portion of the tubular body.
10. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 1, WHEREIN the nozzle) in addition comprises a device that regulates the injector's outlet flow.
11. The device for the injection of viscous fluids according to claim 10, WHEREIN the device that regulates the flow is electric or electronic and allows changing the speed of the pumping system.
12. A method to build any masonry rig, preferably to build walls using masonry units, preferably bricks and with separators or connectors, WHEREIN comprises the supply of the masonry units and separators or connectors to fabricate the walls, and the construction is at least composed of the stages of: building the walls only with masonry units, preferably bricks, and any kind of separators or connectors causing the proper spacing between masonry units, in addition to fix the position of each unit with respect to the surrounding ones, where in spaces between the masonry units produce grooves; Supplying a device of claim 1 for the injection of viscous fluids in holes, cracks or grooves; Connecting said device to a mortar pump for the injection of viscous fluids; Injecting the mortar between the masonry units, using the injection nozzle through an horizontal displacement over the lower grooves; and Repeating the previous stage over the adjacent upper horizontal groove and so on.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0024] As it can be seen in
[0025] In the preferred embodiment of the invention and as shown in
[0026] An injector (10) with a tip of semi-spherical profile extended to a tapered section and ending in a tubular body, which end comprises a tubular connection means, preferably an internal thread, with said injector being fully hollow inside, and
[0027] A tubular body (20) comprising in both ends a tubular connection means forwardly with the injector (10) and backwardly with a pumping system of viscous fluid. In order to facilitate the handling of the tools when injecting the fluid, said tubular body also comprises two handles or side-handles (22, 23), one of them on the rear (23) and aligned with it, and the second one close to the injector (22) and perpendicular to the tubular body, as seen in
[0028] The nozzle (100) also comprises as follows:
[0029] A screen (30) with a central boring of semi-spherical profile that complements with the tip profile of said injector, so that to allow the suspension and angular mobility of the screen over the injector, as shown in
[0030] The means of tubular connection of the injector (10) and the tubular body (20) correspond each other, as shown in
