Hybrid oven

Abstract

A hybrid oven comprising an oven case; an upper cover is hinged on an upper part of the oven case; wherein a control panel is provided at an upper part of a front surface of the oven case; a lower part of the oven case is provided with an oven; a back panel inside the oven is provided with electrical heating elements; a bottom part inside the oven is provided with gas heating elements; the electrical heating elements and the gas heating elements are electrically connected to the control panel.

Claims

1. A hybrid oven comprising an oven case; an upper cover is hinged on an upper part of the oven case; wherein a control panel is provided at an upper part of a front surface of the oven case; a lower part of the oven case is provided with an oven; a back panel inside the oven is provided with electrical heating elements; a bottom part inside the oven is provided with gas heating elements; the electrical heating elements and the gas heating elements are electrically connected to the control panel.

2. The hybrid oven as in claim 1, wherein gas stove heaters are provided on a top surface of the oven case.

3. The hybrid oven as in claim 1, wherein temperature control device is provided on the back panel of the oven.

4. The hybrid oven as in claim 1, wherein temperature control device is provided on the bottom part inside the oven.

The hybrid oven as in claim 1, wherein an air passage is provided between the oven and the oven case; the air passage is in communication with the electrical heating elements and an outer environment exterior to the oven case; the electrical heating elements comprise a heating pipe, an even heat distribution fan disposed at a back side of the heating pipe, and a fan cover through which the heating pipe and the even heat distribution fan are fixed on the back panel.

The hybrid oven as in claim 1, wherein the gas heating elements comprise a lower flame channels main gas pipe; the lower flame channels main gas pipe is provided with flame channels blocking panels on two sides; the lower flame channels main gas pipe is fixed to the bottom part inside the oven via a flame channels bracket; a flame guiding tray, a cooking tray and a grid tray are mounted sequentially from bottom to top above the lower flame channels main gas pipe and the flame channels blocking panels.

Embodiment 1

[0018] As shown in FIG. 1, a hybrid oven comprises an oven case 1; an upper cover 2 is hinged on an upper part of the oven case 1; gas stove heaters 5 are provided below the upper cover 2; a control panel 3 is provided at an upper part of a front surface of the oven case 1; a lower part of the oven case 1 is provided with an oven 4; a back panel inside the oven 4 is provided with electrical heating elements; a bottom part inside the oven 4 is provided with gas heating elements; the electrical heating elements and the gas heating elements are electrically connected to the control panel 3.

[0019] The gas stove heaters 5 are provided on a top surface of the oven case 1.

[0020] Temperature control device is provided on the back panel 16 of the oven 4.

[0021] Temperature control devices are also provided on the bottom part inside the oven 4.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 2, an air passage 6 is provided between the oven 4 and the oven case 1; the air passage 6 is in communication with the electrical heating elements and an outer environment exterior to the oven case 1; the electrical heating elements comprise a heating pipe 7, an even heat distribution fan 8 disposed at a back side of the heating pipe 7, and a fan cover 9 through which the heating pipe 7 and the even heat distribution fan 8 are fixed on the back panel 16.

[0023] As shown in FIG. 3, the gas heating elements comprise a lower flame channels main gas pipe 10; the lower flame channels main gas pipe 10 is provided with flame channels blocking panels 11 on two sides; the lower flame channels main gas pipe 10 is fixed to the bottom part of the oven 4 via a flame channels bracket 12; a flame guiding tray 13, a cooking tray 14 and a grid tray 15 are mounted sequentially from bottom to top above the lower flame channels main gas pipe 10 and the flame channels blocking panels 11.
