Clothing with Retention Means for Jewelry, Necklaces, and Neckwear

Abstract

A clothing design with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear including a plurality of loop of a piece of fabric permanently affixed with stich threads or by other connecting elements, and strategically positioned in the center, left and right side of the shoulder of a garment, on the clavicle and proximal to a collarbone of a user. The length of the loop sufficient in dimension to accommodate a jewelry or neckwear so as to hold the neckwear in the direction and orientation that is intended by the wearer.

Claims

1. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear which comprises of I. a plurality of retention loop of elongated piece of fabric, the length of said loop sufficient in dimension to accommodate a neckwear, wherein said retention loop are strategically positioned in the center, left and right side of the shoulder of a garment, on the clavicle and proximal to a collarbone of a user of the accessory system, wherein said retainer loops are affixed, therefore removing the need for the user to attach the retainers on their own, as well as the need for the user to decide where to affix the retainers.

2. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear as in claim 1 wherein said retainer loops are designed and affixed at their locations around the collar to specifically hold the neckwear in the direction and orientation that is intended by the wearer.

3. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear as in claim 1 wherein said retainer loops hold the neckwear at specified locations around the neck collar and directly onto the collar and garment fabric, thereby eliminating the direct contact between the jewelry item and the wearer's skin.

4. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear as in claim 1 wherein said retainer loops are made of fabric, which does not create metal-on-metal contact and abrasion between the jewelry and the retainers.

5. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear as in claim 1 wherein said retainer loops are washable and do not need any extra care when being used, as similar with how much care one gives to belt loops when washing pants.

6. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear as in claim 1 wherein said retainer loops are adapted and configurable to be used on other garment or clothing such as t-shirts, and button-down shirts.

7. A clothing with retention means for jewelry, necklace and neckwear as in claim 1 wherein said attachment means for the retainer loops is a sewing thread but not limited to this, other methods such as, adhesives, buttons and clasps are usable.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

[0022] In FIG. 1, the invention discloses the front view of the garment which further reveals the outer garment body, (1), the neck closure of the garment (2), the retention loop (3) which is made of cotton but not limited to this and the jewelry (4).

[0023] In FIG. 2, the invention discloses the rear view of the outer gown (1) which can be of different design, i.e., t-shirts, button down shirts and the likes, the neck closure (2), the retention loop (3), the sewing thread (or other attaching means, such as adhesives) (4), and the jewelry (5).
