Abstract
An integratable movement device for ventilating equipment includes an electric machine such as a motor and a fan wheel connected with the electric machine. The movement device further includes a housing, wherein the electric machine and the fan wheel are installed in an inner lower portion of the housing. An upper portion of the housing integrally forms one or more venting outlets. A plurality of venting outlet units is provided at the venting outlets respectively. A chamber provided between the venting outlets and the fan wheel in the housing defines a venting channel. The housing having the venting outlets and the venting channel, along with the venting outlet units, the electric machine and the fan wheel configure the integratable movement device that is able to be directly assembled into the ventilating equipment.
Claims
1. An integratable movement device for ventilating equipment, comprising: an electric machine; a fan wheel connected with said electric machine; a housing, wherein said electric machine and said fan wheel are installed in a lower portion thereof, an upper portion of said housing providing one or more venting outlets; and one or more venting units provided at said one or more venting outlets respectively, wherein a chamber between said one or more venting outlets and said fan wheel in said housing defines a venting channel to allow air blowing from said fan wheel to be buffered and evenly sent out through said one or more venting outlets, wherein said housing having said one or more venting outlets and venting channels, said one or more venting outlet units secured at said one or more venting outlets, and said electric machine and fan wheel installed in said housing constructed said integratable movement device to be assembled into a ventilating equipment.
2. The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 1, further comprising a PCT heating component installed in said housing to heat air blowing in said housing, thereby said movement device forms an integratable heater movement device adapted to be assembled into a heater device.
3. The integratable movement, as recited in claim 1, further comprising a cooling component installed in said housing to cool air blowing through said housing, thereby said movement device forms a cooling movement device that is able to be assembled into a cooler device.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 1, wherein said housing comprises a pair of left shell and right shell coupled together, wherein upper end portions of said left shell and said right shell forms a front vent hole, a left venting outlet unit mounting hole, and a right venting outlet unit mounting hole, wherein lower ends of said left shell and said right shell each has a semicircular fan wheel site, wherein said left shell and said right shell have grid shaped venting inlets provided on two sides of said fan wheel sites respectively.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 2, wherein said housing comprises a pair of left shell and right shell coupled together, wherein upper end portions of said left shell and said right shell forms a front vent hole, a left venting outlet unit mounting hole, and a right venting outlet unit mounting hole, wherein lower ends of said left shell and said right shell each has a semicircular fan wheel site, wherein said left shell and said right shell have grid shaped venting inlets provided on two sides of said fan wheel sites respectively.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 3, wherein said housing comprises a pair of left shell and right shell coupled together, wherein upper end portions of said left shell and said right shell forms a front vent hole, a left venting outlet unit mounting hole, and a right venting outlet unit mounting hole, wherein lower ends of said left shell and said right shell each has a semicircular fan wheel site, wherein said left shell and said right shell have grid shaped venting inlets provided on two sides of said fan wheel sites respectively.
7. The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 1, wherein said venting outlet unit comprises one or more front venting outlet units and one or more side venting outlet units which are respectively provided at said one or more venting outlets of said housing.
8. The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 2, wherein said venting outlet unit comprises one or more front venting outlet units and one or more side venting outlet units which are respectively provided at said one or more venting outlets of said housing.
9. The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 3, wherein said venting outlet unit comprises one or more front venting outlet units and one or more side venting outlet units which are respectively provided at said one or more venting outlets of said housing.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 7, wherein one of said venting outlets is provided at a front side of said housing and said front venting outlet unit is provide at said front venting outlet, wherein said more than one venting outlets are respectively provided in said front, left, and right sides of said housing and said front venting outlet unit and said side venting outlet units are provided in said more than one venting outlets respectively.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 8, wherein one of said venting outlets is provided at a front side of said housing and said front venting outlet unit is provide at said front venting outlet, wherein said more than one venting outlets are respectively provided in said front, left, and right sides of said housing and said front venting outlet unit and said side venting outlet units are provided in said more than one venting outlets respectively.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 9, wherein one of said venting outlets is provided at a front side of said housing and said front venting outlet unit is provide at said front venting outlet, wherein said more than one venting outlets are respectively provided in said front, left, and right sides of said housing and said front venting outlet unit and said side venting outlet units are provided in said more than one venting outlets respectively.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 10, wherein said front venting outlet unit has a front vent hole and comprises a guide fin unit secured on a frame, wherein said front vent hole is in rectangular shape and integrally formed at an upper front side of said housing, wherein said frame that has said guide fin unit installed therein has a shape with respect to a shape of said front vent hole, wherein said guide fin unit is installed at an outlet of said front vent hole.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 11, wherein said front venting outlet unit has a front vent hole and comprises a guide fin unit secured on a frame, wherein said front vent hole is in rectangular shape and integrally formed at an upper front side of said housing, wherein said frame that has said guide fin unit installed therein has a shape with respect to a shape of said front vent hole, wherein said guide fin unit is installed at an outlet of said front vent hole.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 12, wherein said front venting outlet unit has a front vent hole and comprises a guide fin unit secured on a frame, wherein said front vent hole is in rectangular shape and integrally formed at an upper front side of said housing, wherein said frame that has said guide fin unit installed therein has a shape with respect to a shape of said front vent hole, wherein said guide fin unit is installed at an outlet of said front vent hole.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 10, wherein said side venting outlet unit comprises a venting tube, a barrel, a guide fin body, and a ring shaped cover, wherein said barrel is moveably disposed in said venting tube, wherein a front end of said barrel is turnably connected to said guide fin body, wherein said cover is secured in a front end of said venting tube, wherein said side venting outlet units are respectively mounted in said left venting outlet unit mounting hole and said right venting outlet unit mounting hole in the housing.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 11, wherein said side venting outlet unit comprises a venting tube, a barrel, a guide fin body, and a ring shaped cover, wherein said barrel is moveably disposed in said venting tube, wherein a front end of said barrel is turnably connected to said guide fin body, wherein said cover is secured in a front end of said venting tube, wherein said side venting outlet units are respectively mounted in said left venting outlet unit mounting hole and said right venting outlet unit mounting hole in the housing.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 12, wherein said side venting outlet unit comprises a venting tube, a barrel, a guide fin body, and a ring shaped cover, wherein said barrel is moveably disposed in said venting tube, wherein a front end of said barrel is turnably connected to said guide fin body, wherein said cover is secured in a front end of said venting tube, wherein said side venting outlet units are respectively mounted in said left venting outlet unit mounting hole and said right venting outlet unit mounting hole in the housing.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 2, wherein said PCT heating component comprises a PCT heating body and a PCT heating body frame, wherein said PCT heating body is formed by connecting a plurality of PCT heating element units, wherein said PCT heating body frame is a rectangular frame which upper side has a plurality of connector terminal limiting grooves, wherein said PCT heating element units are vertically installed on said PCT heating body frame, wherein each of said PCT heating element units has a connector terminal provided at an end thereof, wherein said connector terminals protrude from said connector terminal limiting grooves in said PCT heating body frame respectively to connect to a power source.

The integratable movement device, as recited in claim 3, wherein said cooling component comprises a container, an absorbing element, a lid, a tank, and a water tray, wherein said tank containing cool water has a water outlet downwardly formed in said water tray, wherein said container has two openings provided in two sides thereof, wherein said absorbing element is in said container and secured with said lid, wherein said container containing said absorbing element unit is inserted into said water tray, wherein said absorbing element absorbs water from said water tray for said fan wheel to inhale and form cool air to send out through said venting channel and said one or more venting outlets.

[0045] During the operation of the integratable movement device of the present invention, the electric machine 10 drives the turning fan wheel 20 to rotate centrifugally to inhale air through the grid shaped venting inlets 313, 323 in the housing 30, wherein the inhaled air is sent to the venting channel 60 and then delivered to the venting outlet 40 upwardly along the venting channel 60 so as to discharged into the room containing the integratable movement device through the one or more venting outlets 40. The user may open all the venting outlets 40 or selectively open one or more venting outlets 40, while the venting outlets 40 can be closed up simply by turning the guide fin unit 512 or guide fin body 523.
Therefore, the present invention has implemented buffered air through the venting channel 60 and the multiple venting outlets 40 for various air blowing directions.
