    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0017] The drawings constitute a part of this specification and include exemplary embodiments to the invention, which may be embodied in various forms. It is to be understood that in some instances various aspects of the invention may be shown exaggerated or enlarged to facilitate an understanding of the invention.

[0018] FIG. 1 illustrates the prospective front view of the invention identifying different components of the invention and their working.

[0019] FIG. 2 illustrates the prospective back view of the invention identifying different components of the invention and their working.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF THE INVENTION

[0020] The following is a detailed description of example embodiments of the invention depicted in the accompanying drawings. The example embodiments are in such detail as to clearly communicate the invention. However, the amount of detail offered is not intended to limit the anticipated variations of embodiments; but, on the contrary, the intention is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims. The detailed descriptions below are designed to make such embodiments obvious to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

[0021] Referring to the drawings, particularly FIG. 1 shows us the front view of the invention with a vest (1), a deployed retractable umbrella (10) showing the extended working of the retractable umbrella canopy (10), buttons etc. the placement of the holding pockets (7) on the vest (1). Also the button (5) for deploying the umbrella canopy (10). The invention is show the deploying of the umbrella canopy (10) of the invention with the button (5). The hydraulics mechanism is used for deploying the umbrella canopy (10); the button (5) is connected to the pole (2) that attaches the umbrella canopy (10) to the vest (1), as the button (5) is used the hydraulics in the pole (2) work to deploy the canopy (3). As shown in the figure the vest (1) has attached holding arrangement (9) for holding a bottle or similar item thereof.

[0022] Further referring to FIG. 2, shows us the back view of the vest (1) without the extended pole (2). Further the figure identifies a hood (6), holding pockets (7) for housing a wearer's hand and attached holding arrangement (9) for holding a bottle or similar item thereof.

[0023] In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vest (1) may be polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coated in addition to comprised of a nylon material that will repel rain while subsequently keeping the backside of the user completely dry. Other rain resistant materials also may be used.
