    Abstract

    A sealing plug of a toilet tank, which includes a cover and an installation seat, wherein two corresponding shaft columns are set on a top of the cover, two corresponding support arms are set on the installation seat, two shaft holes are respectively set on a front end of the supporting arms, the shaft columns are inserted into the shaft holes, a notch is set on a rear end of the supporting arms, the notch is provided to to set on a positioning column of a flush pipe. By the composition, a sealing plug structure is provided for fine-tuning a merged angle automatically, to thereby being covered on the drain opening with different tilt angle.

    5. A sealing plug of a toilet tank for use with a toilet tank level structure, the sealing plug comprising: a cover having two shaft columns located on a top thereof; an installation seat having two supporting arms, each supporting arm of the two supporting arms has a shaft hole located on a front end of the supporting arm and a notch located on a rear end of the supporting arm, one shaft column of the two shaft columns is inserted into the shaft hole of a corresponding supporting arm of the two supporting arms, the notch of each said supporting arm of the two supporting arms is pivotally connected to a positioning column of a flush pipe of the toilet tank level structure; wherein the cover is pivotally connected to the installation seat and the installation seat is pivotally connected to the positioning column of the flush pipe allowing the sealing plug to adjust and seal a drain opening of the toilet tank level structure having a tilt angle within a predetermined range of tilt angles.

The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cover includes a holder, a soft plate body and a hemispherical shell, the soft plate body is located between the holder and the hemispherical shell, the holder is located on the top of the cover, a through hole is located on a rear end of the holder for connecting the holder to an end of a chain, the two shaft columns extending outwardly from opposing sides of the holder, the soft plate body fixedly installed between the holder and the hemispherical shell is provided to cover the drain opening of the toilet tank level structure, the hemispherical shell is installed on a bottom side of the cover.

The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 5, wherein each said supporting arm of the two supporting arms includes an inner lower slot located on an inner side of the front end the supporting arm and communicating with a bottom of the supporting arm and an outer upper slot located on an outer side of the front end the supporting arm and communicating with a top of the supporting arm, and the shaft hole of the corresponding supporting arm of the two supporting arms communicating with the inner lower slot and the outer upper slot.

    8. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 5, wherein a clip groove is located on the rear end of each said supporting arm of the two supporting arms, the notch is located on a lower side of the clip groove to form two slip side arms.

The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 8, wherein the two slip side arms protrude downwardly from a bottom of the rear end of each said supporting arm of the two supporting arms and the clip groove communicates with a top of the rear end of each said supporting arm of the two supporting arms.

    10. The sealing plug of the toilet tank as claimed in claim 5, wherein the two supporting arms of the installation seat are fixed together and are pivotally connected to the cover.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    [0018] Please refer to FIG. 3, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the sealing plug 3 of the present invention includes a cover 31 and an installation seat 32, wherein:

    [0020] the installation seat 32, two corresponding supporting arms 320 are set on it, shaft holes 321 are respectively set on a front end of the supporting arms 320, the shaft columns 311 are used to inserted into the shaft holes 321, a notch 324 is set on a rear end of the support arms 320, the notch 324 is used to set on a positioning column 411 of a flush pipe 41;

    [0022] The abovementioned cover 31 includes a holder 312, a soft plate body 310 and a hemispherical shell 314, the holder 312 is set on the top of the cover 31, a through hole 313 set on a rear end of the holder 312 is provided to connect to an end of a chain 315, the soft plate body 310 fixedly installed between the holder 312 and the hemispherical shell 314 is provided to cover on a drain opening 421 of a toilet tank level structure B, the hemispherical shell 314 is installed on a bottom side of the cover 31.

    [0023] Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, an inner lower slot 322 and an outer upper slot 323 are respectively set on two sides of the front end of each supporting arm 320, the shaft holes 321 are laterally punched through the inner lower slots 322 and the outer upper slots 323, so that the shaft columns 311 may be inserted into the shaft holes 321 and a thicker to clamping and supporting thickness may be provided to prevent it from escaping the shaft holes 321. Also, the merged angle for automatically fine tuned between the supporting arms 320 and the cover 31, so that the soft plate body 310 of the cover 31 could be completely covered on the drain opening 421 of the overflow pipe 42.

    [0024] The supporting arm 320, a clip groove 325 is set on its rear end, the notch 324 is set on a lower side of the clip groove 325 to form two slip side arms 326, 327 for fixedly clipping the positioning column 411 of the flush pipe 41.

    [0025] By the composition of above structure, when the sealing plug 3 of the present invention is installed to cover on each drain opening 421 manufactured by different manufacturers, even the tilt angle of each drain opening 421 is different, the merged angle may be automatically fine tuned between the supporting arms 320 and the cover 31 of the sealing plug 3 of the present invention, so that the soft plate body 310 of the cover 31 could be completely covered on the drain opening 421 of the overflow pipe 42, to thereby extend service life of the sealing plug 3 to prevent water leakage problem, and the disadvantages of the prior art would effectively solved.
