Abstract
A chair without combining components comprises a chair frame including two leg frames for combining a chair seat and two assembly posts; a rear transversal supporting rod installed at a back side between the two leg frames of the chair frame; each of two lateral side of the chair back having an insertion hole for receiving one of the two assembly posts and a buckling sleeve; wherein in assembly, the assembly post is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve and then the buckling sleeve is inserted into the insertion hole of the chair back; after assembly, a top end of the buckling sleeve is between a top end of the assembly post and an inner upper wall of the insertion hole so as to suffer forces from the assembly post toward the inner upper wall of the insertion hole.
Claims
1. A chair without combining components, comprising: a chair frame including two leg frames for combining a chair seat and two assembly posts extending from a back side of the leg frames for combining with a chair back; an inner side of an upper rod body of each leg frame being installed with a supporting sheet capable of being inserted into the seat; an inner side of each assembly post being installed with an assembly sheet for engaging to the chair back; a rear transversal supporting rod installed at a back side between the two leg frames of the chair frame; a front edge of the transversal supporting rod being installed with at least one supporting sheets capable of being inserted into the chair seat; a front transversal supporting rod being installed at a front side between the two chair frames; the front transversal supporting rod being at a lower position with respect to an upper end of each chair frame; each of two lateral side of the chair back having an insertion hole for receiving one of the two assembly posts and a buckling sleeve; a lower opening of the insertion hole being formed with a buckling groove for buckling and positioning the buckling sleeve; the buckling sleeve being hollow sleeve with an opening at one end thereof; and wherein in assembly, the assembly post is inserted into the hollow portion of the buckling sleeve and then the buckling sleeve is inserted into the insertion hole of the chair back; after assembly, a top end of the buckling sleeve is between a top end of the assembly post and an inner upper wall of the insertion hole so as to suffer forces from the assembly post toward the inner upper wall of the insertion hole.
2. The chair without combining components as claimed in claim 1, wherein an extending sleeve portion extends from and integrally formed to a lower end of the buckling sleeve for receiving the assembly sheet of the assembly post; an outer side of the assembly sheet is installed with a buckling block for buckling to a buckling groove of a receiving groove of the chair back.
3. The chair without combining components as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of two upper lateral sides of the chair seat is formed with a concave space for installing the upper rod body of each leg frame; a left and a right end of a rear side of the chair seat are formed with respective concave spaces for installing the transversal supporting rod at a back side of the chair frame; each of the concave space at the upper lateral sides of the chair seat is formed with an inserting groove; and the concave spaces at the rear side of the chair seat are formed with respective insertion recesses for locating the supporting sheets of the transversal supporting rod; and a left and a right end of a front edge of a bottom side of the chair seat are formed with respective buckling sheets for retaining the chair seat to the front transversal supporting rod of the chair frame so as to achieve the object that the chair seat and the chair frame are retained firmly in all aspects.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0027] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims. As illustrated in
[0028] A rear transversal supporting rod 13 is installed at a back side between the two leg frames 11 of the chair frame 1. A front edge of the transversal supporting rod 13 is installed with at least one supporting sheets 131 which can be inserted into the chair seat 2. A front transversal supporting rod 14 is installed at a front side between the two chair frames 11. The front transversal supporting rod 14 is at a lower position from an upper end of each chair frame 11 for enhancing the structure of the leg frames 13 and for retaining the buckling sheets 22 at a front inner lower edge of the chair seat 2.
[0029] With reference to
[0030] Referring to
[0031] Advantages of the present invention are that the chair of the present invention has no any fixing elements, while the chair has a concrete structure with less components and lowest cost. The assembly of the chair is rapid and thus is economic.
[0032] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
