CURLY TYPE CLOTH RIBBON AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

Abstract

In a curly type cloth ribbon and a production method thereof, the curly type cloth ribbon includes a cloth ribbon, a lateral direction of the cloth ribbon has a continuous pleated structure, and the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure has a sewing thread along the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon, so that the cloth ribbon is formed as continuous curly shape which can be regular or irregular shape. Therefore, the curly type cloth ribbon is full of beauty and fun.

Claims

1. A method for producing a curly type cloth ribbon, comprising: forming a continuous pleated structure on a straight cloth ribbon; sewing the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure with a sewing thread along a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon; and forming the curly-shaped cloth ribbon.

2. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 1, wherein the continuous pleated structure is proximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon.

3. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 1, wherein the sewing thread is a straight line.

4. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 3, wherein the sewing thread is close to a center of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction.

5. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 1, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively provided with an elastic thread.

6. The method for producing curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 5, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge, and the elastic thread disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge.

7. A curly type cloth ribbon comprising a cloth ribbon, wherein a lateral direction of the cloth ribbon has a continuous pleated structure, and a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon having the continuous pleated structure has a sewing thread, so as to form a continuous curly-shaped cloth ribbon.

8. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein the continuous pleated structure is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon.

9. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein the sewing thread is a straight line.

10. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 9, wherein the sewing thread is close to a center of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction.

11. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively provided with an elastic thread.

12. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 11, wherein both sides of the cloth ribbon along the longitudinal direction are respectively sewed with a hollow tubular selvedge, and the elastic thread disposes inside the hollow tubular selvedge.

13. The curly type cloth ribbon according to claim 7, wherein a shape of the curly-shaped cloth ribbon is regular or irregular curly shape.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0020] Referring to FIG. 1, the method of producing the curly type cloth ribbon 100 according to the present invention includes the following steps: first, preparing a straight cloth ribbon 10 (as shown in FIG. 2A), and then forming a continuous pleated structure 12 (as shown in FIG. 2B) on the straight cloth ribbon 10; second, sewing the cloth ribbon 10 having the continuous pleated structure 12 with a sewing thread 14 along a longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon 10 (as shown in FIG. 2C); third, forming curly-shaped cloth ribbon 10 (as shown in FIG. 2D).

[0021] In the present embodiment, as described in the first step, the continuous pleated structure 12 is formed as wavy shape or tooth shape, and the continuous pleated structure 12 is proximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the cloth ribbon 10.

[0022] In the present embodiment, the sewing thread 14 is a straight line and is close to a center of the cloth ribbon 10 along the longitudinal direction. The sewing thread 14 can be made by the existing cloth ribbon sewing machine.
