Abstract

The transmission holder according to the invention for a roller press has a two-part structure with a transmission part which is connected to the transmission and a separate torque supporting part which is to be connected to the machine base frame or foundation. Transmission and torque supporting part of the transmission holder can be detachably connected to one another, preferably by means of a screw or bolt connection. In one embodiment this connection has two screws or bolts. Advantageously the dismantling or assembly of the rollers can thus be accomplished significantly more simply than according to the prior art since merely the screw or bolt connection between transmission and transmission holder of the transmission holder must be released. Advantageously significantly fewer screws/bolts need to be released for dismantling the transmission which in addition are more readily accessible and have a significantly greater distance from one another than according to the prior art. In addition, no unilateral gravitation forces act after dismantling as a result of the symmetrical transmission part. Likewise the tightening torque of the screws/bolts advantageously does not play a very important role. As a further advantage the transmission holder according to the invention can be manufactured simply and cost-effectively. As a result of the compact shape of the transmission part, advantageously low moulding and manufacturing costs are also incurred.

Description

[0027] An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained by reference to figures, wherein:

[0028] FIG. 1 shows a transmission holder according to the invention,

[0029] FIG. 2 shows a transmission holder fastened to a transmission and

[0030] FIG. 3 shows a transmission holder according to the invention with torsion shaft.

[0031] FIG. 1 shows a transmission holder 1 which is divided into two parts according to the invention comprising a transmission part 2 and a torque supporting part 3. The transmission part 2 has a central opening 22 through which the transmission is guided in the installed state. Transmission part 2 and torque supporting part 3 of the transmission holder 1 are connected via connecting holes 41 by means of bolts (not shown here). In the area of the connecting holes 41 the torque supporting part 3 has a fork-shaped region 4, wherein the fork encloses the transmission part 2 in the area of the connecting hole 41. The transmission part 2 has another connecting hole 21 for connection to the machine frame or foundation not shown here in the same way as the torque supporting part 3 has a connecting hole 31 for connection to the machine frame or the foundation.

[0032] FIG. 2 shows the transmission holder 1 in the installed state. In this case the transmission holder 2 is cast on a transmission 5.

[0033] FIG. 3 shows a slightly different design of the transmission holder 1. Here almost the entire torque supporting part 3 is designed to be double-walled apart from in the area of the connecting hole 31. The connecting holes 21 and 31 connect the transmission holder 1 to connecting elements (also designated as mountings) 7 which hold a torsion shaft 6 at its ends and are connected via connecting holes 71 to the machine base frame or foundation. In FIG. 3 connecting bolts are shown in the connecting holes 21, 31 and 41.
