Abstract
The proposed holder for a hairdryer comprises a material strip (2) at the one, lower end of which a receiving bag (3) for the hairdryer is formed or fastened and at the other, upper end of which is situated a loop (4) through which a strap (5) or a belt (5) can be pulled to fasten the holder (1) to a user's body. The holder, together with the hairdryer, can be worn always ready to hand on the user's body over any desired clothing and is particularly suitable for use in the hairdressing trade.
Claims
1. A holder for a hair dryer, which is worn on an user's body, characterized in that on one hand, a lower end of a material strip (2) forms or mounts a receiving bag (3) for the hair dryer, and on the other, an upper end of the material strip (2) is a loop (4), attaching a holder (1) to the body of a user, pulling a belt (5) or a band (5).
2. The holder according to claim 1, characterized in that a width of an entire material strip (2) is selected so that a back of the receiving bag (3) is formed from a part or a portion of the material strip (2).
3. The holder of claim 1, characterized, in that the loop (4) is formed by folding back of the upper end (6) of the material strip (2) on the material strip (2) itself to a desired size of the loop (4) and is secured to the material strip (2).
4. The holder according to claim 3, characterized in that the folded-back upper end (6) of the material strip (2) is secured by gluing on the material strip (2).
5. The holder according to claim 3, characterized in that the folded-back upper end (6) of the material strip (2) is fixed by a means of tacking at the material strip (2).
6. The holder according to claim 3, characterized in that the folded-back upper end (6) of the material strip (2) is detachably fastened by a means of press studs on the material strip (2).
7. The holder according to claim 3, characterized in that the folded-back upper end (6) of the material strip (2) is releasably attached to the material strip (2) with tongue and groove by a means of pressure-Velcro strips.
Description
[0011] The folded-back, upper end of the material strip can be mounted in different ways on the strip of material; the attachment may be achieved, for example, by gluing, or stapling. If a releasable connection of the folded-back upper end of the strip of material is desired at the strip of material, this can be achieved, for example, by means of snap fasteners or pressure strip on the principle of tongue and groove. The invention is described in more detail below with reference to the appended drawings.
[0012] The single FIGURE shows a view of an inventive holder for hair dryers.
[0013] The holder 1 of the invention is a material strip 2, the bottom being a collection bag 3 formed or mounted for a hair dryer, the rear wall is formed by a part of the strip of material 2. The width of the material strip 2 is accordingly selected. The shape of the receiving bag 3 can be preferably adapted to the shape of a hair dryer, for example, be funnel-shaped. At the other, the upper end of the material strip 2 a loop 4 is formed, a band 5 or a belt 5 can be pulled through with which the holder 1 is secured but can also be released from the body and on any clothing of a user at any time. The loop 4 can be advantageously and easily prepared by the material strip 2 itself to a desired size of the loop 4 to a corresponding measure on the upper end 6 of the material strip 2 through such known means as, for example, being fixed by gluing or stapling.
[0014] If a releasable attachment is desired, this can be manufactured by press studs or pressure or Velcro strips according to the principle of tongue and groove.
[0015] The band 5 or belt 5 of the holder 1 can be conveniently placed on a user's body over any clothing. Since the width of the material strip 2 is adjusted to the size of the hair dryer, and the back of the receiving bag 3 is formed of a part or section of the material strip 2, the hair dryer takes a good hold in the collection bag 3 and tends not to be disruptive to movement because of its weight or as a result of movements that have to do with a user's work, for example, by swinging.
