Abstract
The invention relates to a suction bag emptying device (20) comprising a container (19) for receiving a suction bag (3), the container (19) having a discharge point for discharging the contents of the suction bag. The emptying device (20) comprises means for puncturing a bag portion without making contact with the bag. The invention further relates to an assembly comprising at least one suction bag (3) and a suction bag emptying device (20), and to a method for emptying a suction bag (3).
Claims
1. A suction bag emptying device comprising: a container for receiving a suction bag, the container includes a discharge point for discharging the contents of the suction bag, wherein the emptying device includes a bag puncturing device adapted to puncture a bag without making contact with the bag.
2. An emptying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emptying device includes a jacket for supporting the suction bag laterally.
3. An emptying device as claimed in claim, wherein the bag puncturing device includes an arrangement for conveying negative pressure into the emptying device.
4. An emptying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag puncturing device includes an electric resistance.
5. An emptying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag puncturing device includes a device that is adapted to cut without contact.
6. An emptying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emptying device has one position for a suction bag to be emptied.
7. An emptying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emptying device has a plurality of positions for suction bags to be emptied.
8. An assembly comprising: a suction bag and a suction bag emptying device, wherein the suction bag includes a lid and a bag portion fixedly fastened to the lid, and wherein the suction bag emptying device includes a container having a discharge point for discharging the contents of the suction bag, and a bag puncturing device adapted to puncture a bag without making contact with the bag.
9. An assembly as claimed in claim 8, wherein the emptying device has one position for a suction bag to be emptied.
10. An emptying device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the emptying device has a plurality of positions for suction bags to be emptied.
11. A method for emptying a suction bag comprising: selecting an emptying device including a container having a discharge point for discharging the contents of the suction bag, placing the suction bag containing fluid in the container, starting a bag puncturing device without making contact with the bag, and removing the empty suction bag from the emptying device.
12. A method as claimed in claim 11, wherein the emptying device includes a plurality of positions for the suction bags, and further comprising placing a plurality of suction bags in the emptying device, and starting the bag puncturing device without making contact with the bag.
13. A method as claimed in claim 11, wherein the emptying device includes a plurality of positions for the suction bags, and further comprising repeating the following procedure at each position: Placing in the emptying device a suction bag at a time such that the suction bag is placed in the emptying device, and starting the bag puncturing device without making contact with the bag.
