BEST MODE
[0027] The concepts, specific structures and technical effects of the utility model are further described below in conjunction with accompanying drawings to gain a full understanding of the purposes, features and effects of the utility model.
Mode 1
[0028] Mode 1 of the application provides a packaging structure of manicure product, which as shown in
[0029] By means of the transparent layer 2, users can still observe the decorative surface 1a of the product body 1 even if product body 1 is packaged in the packaging, so as to easily observe the actual style, pattern and color of the product and determine whether the product is defective or damaged, thus improving user experience.
[0030] The product body 1 may be a wearable nail tip or a nail sticker. No matter which manicure product the product body 1 is, the product body 1 comprises a plurality of decorative tips 11, and the plurality of decorative tips 11 are pasted or clipped on a support base 12 or fixed to the support base 12 in other ways.
[0031] The color of the transparent layer 2 is not limited, and the transparent layer 2 may be a colorless transparent layer, a single-color transparent layer or a colorful transparent layer, such that the transparent layer 2 is diversified.
[0032] The transparent layer 2 may be glossy or frosted. The glossy transparent layer 2 can display the product body 1 more clearly. The frosted transparent layer 2 can reduce glare to reduce light stimulation to eyes and improve the texture of the product.
[0033] The transparency of the transparent layer 2 is not less than 50%, more preferably, not less than 75%. As long as the transparency of the transparent layer 2 is higher than 50%, sellers and manufacturers can observe the style, pattern and color of the product body 1 and can determine whether the product body 1 is defective or damaged.
[0034] In this Mode, the transparent layer 2 is configured as a multifunctional layer and has an infrared ray shielding function, an ultraviolet shielding function, an anti-static function and/or a waterproof function water and can shield infrared rays, ultraviolet ray, static electricity and water to protect colored products and products needing to be cured by UV irradiation, such that the product body 1, before being used by users, can be kept bright in color without fading, soft, docile and easy to stick and can also be protected against static electricity and water.
[0035] Referring to
[0036] Preferably, the infrared rejection of the infrared ray shielding layer 21 is not less than 60%, more preferably, not less than 75%. Preferably, the ultraviolet rejection of the ultraviolet shielding layer 22 is not less than 75%, more preferably, not less than 85%.
[0037] Because the production, selling and use of manicure products are completed indoors, the temperature and light intensity of the manicure products will not be too high. So, as long as the heat insulation rate of the decorative surface 1a of the product body 1 is over 60% and the UV rejection is over 75%, the appearance, color and hardness of the product body 1 can still satisfy specified use requirements when the manicure product circulates and is finally used by users. In this way, the risk of performance degradation caused by environmental factors in use of the product is reduced, strict requirements for initial functional design of the product are lowered accordingly, and the complexity of the production process is lowered.
[0038] In one embodiment of this Mode, the transparent layer 2 sequentially comprises a glossy layer 24, an infrared ray shielding layer 21, an ultraviolet shielding layer 22, an anti-static layer 23 and a glossy layer 24 from a decorative layer to a side away from the decorative layer.
[0039] To protect product body 1, shield dust, water and other impurities in air and reduce fingerprint traces, a protective film is generally attached to the decorative surface 1a of the product body 1. In one embodiment of this Mode, a transparent protective film is attached to the decorative surface 1a of the product body 1, and the transparent layer 2 is the transparent protective film. The protective film is transparent and the transparent layer 2 functions as the protective film, such that infrared rays and ultraviolet rays in the external environment can be shielded, the product can be taken out of the package, and the style, pattern and color of the product body 1 can be observed and whether the product body 1 is defective or damaged can be determined in a bright environment.
[0040] The transparent layer 2 functioning as the protective film may be attached to the decorative surface 1a of the product body 1 by a micro adhesive, static electricity, edge pasting or the like.
MODE FOR INVENTION
Mode 2
[0041] Mode 2 of the application is further improved based on Mode 1, and those that are not specifically explained in Mode 2, including reference signs and literal descriptions, are all the same as those in Mode 1 and will not be repeated here.
[0042] Compared with Mode 1, this Mode is improved mainly in the following aspect: in Mode 2 of the application, as shown in
[0043] The sealing bag 3 can better shield dust and water. The transparent layer 2 is arranged on one side of the sealing bag 3, such that users can observe the style, pattern and color of the product body 1 and determine whether the product body 1 is defective or damaged without being affected.
Mode 3
[0044] Mode 3 of the application is further improved based on Mode 1 and Mode 2, and those that are not specifically explained in Mode 3, including reference signs and literal descriptions, are all the same as those in Mode 1 and Mode 2 will not be repeated here.
[0045] Compared with Mode 1 and Mode 2, this Mode is improved mainly in the following aspect: in Mode 3 of the application, as shown in
[0046] The product body 1 can be orderly received in the packaging box 4 to facilitate transport, storage, placement and display of product and manufacturer information. The transparent layer 2 is arranged on one side of the packaging box 4, such that users can observe the style, pattern and color of the product body 1 and determine whether the product body 1 is defective or damaged without opening the packaging box 4.
