    Abstract

The present invention relates to an assembly with multiple layers allowing a closed loop automated process of growing plants in the air with assistance of a nutrient rich mist environment. The proposed method doesn’t require soil or aggregate medium. The proposed method allows vertical growth with small land footprint requirement. It further allows to grow any type of plant all the year around.

    Claims

    1. A structure for growing plants comprising: Grow light frame; middle irrigation frame; and, bottom airflow frame. where all 3 layers are fully assembled to perform the required functionality.

    2. The middle layer of irrigation frame which has: PVC pipes; universal adaptors installed at equally apart places; mist sprays installed along adaptors; and, handle present at both ends of middle frame allowing to lock to the lower and upper frame.

    3. A seeding tool comprising: a main body; multiple rollers with holes from 2 mm- 5 mm each; which will be affixed on main body; and, seeds will be placed inside the container and when moved forward and backward, seeds will be dispersed equally on soil.

    4. An automatic seeding mechanism where: A harvest to remove seeder where the roll is pulled back when all the plants or micro greens are on the sheet; Once roll is pulled back, they fall into bin and then will be collected in bag thus resulting in automatic seeding;.

    5. A harvest mechanism allowing the technology / process of the spikes on the grow sheet that hold the plants and allow the plants to grow vertically and when its harvest time its rolls back and free fall into collecting bin.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0040] Detailed descriptions of the preferred embodiment are provided herein. It is to be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in various forms. Therefore, specific details disclosed herein are not to be interpreted as limiting, but rather as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis for teaching one skilled in the art to employ the present invention in virtually any appropriately detailed system, structure or manner.

[0041] The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term “and/or” includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items. As used herein, the singular forms “a,” “an,” and “the” are intended to include the plural forms as well as the singular forms, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It will be further understood that the terms “comprises” and/or “comprising,” when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, elements, and/or components, but do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, steps, operations, elements, components, and/or groups thereof.

[0042] The present invention provides an advancement in seeds sprouting device by making use of nutrient rich mist allowing multiple plants to grow without any support of soil or aggregate medium.

[0043] As per embodiment of the inventive method for growing sprouts includes a grow light frame, middle is irrigation frame and bottom are airflow frame. All these 3 layers are fully assembled to perform the required functionality.

[0044] The middle layer of irrigation frame has PVC pipes where universal adaptors are installed at equally apart places. There are mist sprays installed along adaptors. The handle present at both ends of middle frame allows it to lock to the lower frame. The handles as per further embodiments also allow the top frame to remain intact with complete assembly.

[0045] The multi-functional universal adapter has plug, nozzle, air and water distribution system, sensors, connectors and infrastructure support.

[0046] There is also an automated seeding and harvesting tool consisting of rollers with holes from 2 mm- 5 mm each. This will go inside the main body and will be affixed there. The seeds will be placed inside the container and when moved forward and backward, seeds will be dispersed equally on soil / Grow mat or other grow medium. The rollers are of various sizes depending on size of seeds.

[0047] The system as per its further embodiments also provides an automatic harvesting method. This is possible because of Cedar which is shown in FIG. 12. This is the Seder without the wheels, or without the handle, and is sitting exactly at the end or the beginning of the shelving grow. This can be up to 40 ft, which is below the length of the container, but it could be used at any length.

[0048] The whole concept of it is where the sheet a special go where no soil is required. As its evident from FIG. 12 roller, Cedar, and complete structure can be seen. The rope pulls the sheet with the little spikes in it. The spikes is like a little comb.

[0049] The sheet with the spikes, the Cedar actually is being spin and as its role beneath or underneath the Cedar. Then it’s dispersing the seeds, right and evenly on the sheet and it go all the way to the end or whatever the length is.

[0050] The other way to do this is by manual setting. Both the automatic and manual settings allow to save tremendous amount of time. Furthermore, it’s reduces cost and increase efficiency. The seeds are spread evenly to increase them or to give them the best distribution of space between them so they can grow

[0051] While a specific embodiment has been shown and described, many variations are possible. With time, additional features may be employed. The particular shape or configuration of the platform or the interior configuration may be changed to suit the system or equipment with which it is used.

[0052] Having described the invention in detail, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from its spirit. Therefore, it is not intended that the scope of the invention be limited to the specific embodiment illustrated and described. Rather, it is intended that the scope of this invention be determined by the appended claims and their equivalents.

[0053] The Abstract of the Disclosure is provided to allow the reader to quickly ascertain the nature of the technical disclosure. It is submitted with the understanding that it will not be used to interpret or limit the scope or meaning of the claims. In addition, in the foregoing Detailed Description, it can be seen that various features are grouped together in various embodiments for the purpose of streamlining the disclosure. This method of disclosure is not to be interpreted as reflecting an intention that the claimed embodiments require more features than are expressly recited in each claim. Rather, as the following claims reflect, inventive subject matter lies in less than all features of a single disclosed embodiment. Thus, the following claims are hereby incorporated into the Detailed Description, with each claim standing on its own as a separately claimed subject matter.
