Abstract
The present invention relates to a marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device for medical and or recreational marijuana. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device relates to certain useful improvements in marijuana roach clip storage, and the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a useful configuration in which the marijuana roach clips are safely cut, stored and subsequently used for future medical or recreational use.
Claims
1. Marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device comprising; a body having an open hollow end with a removable top; and the top, incorporating vertical funnels to house medical or recreational marijuana roach clips prior to cutting; and the body, having an open hollow end housing the internal guide plate cutting chamber, an exit hole, and a compartment to store usable medical or recreational marijuana roach clips; and an internal guide plate cutting chamber, which guides the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip throughout the cycle, as the cutting chamber cuts the burnt end waste portion off of the marijuana roach clip and pushes the usable portion into the storage compartment for future use; and a razor blade, which is housed within the internal guide plate cutting chamber, which said chamber is also utilized to replace a worn razor blade; and an exit hole, positioned directly beneath the internal guide plate cutting chamber, is utilized to discard the burnt end waste portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip; and a marijuana roach clip compartment, which stores the usable portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip for future use.
2. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device of claim 1 wherein the vertical funnels within the top holds the medical or recreational marijuana roach clips prior to cutting.
3. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device of claim 1 wherein the cutting process is in the form of an internal guide plate cutting chamber; which contains two precut sections; one doubles as the cutting chamber to hold the razor blade in place, and directly beneath the internal guide plate cutting chamber is the burnt end waste portion exit hole. The second precut section is for the storage of the usable portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip.
4. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device of claim 1 wherein the razor blade, securely positioned within the lock clips of the internal guide plate cutting chamber, proceeds to initiate the cutting sequence, as the top of the device is turned, and the razor blade comes into contact with the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip at the cut position, cutting the burnt end waste portion off of the roach clip, as gravity naturally allows it to fall out of the exit hole of the device. The turning of the top initiates the cutting process, and upon contact with the razor blade, the cut is made to the roach clip and the burnt end waste portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip is discarded out of an exit hole directly beneath the razor blade section of the internal guide plate cutting chamber.
5. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device of claim 1 wherein the exit hole, utilized to discard the burnt end waste portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip, is located directly beneath the internal guide plate cutting chamber of the device. The exit hole is formed in a 45 angle allowing the burnt end waste portion to fall out of the body of the device.
6. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device of claim 1 wherein the marijuana roach compartment, stores the usable portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clips, within a dry safe compartment for future use.
7. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device of claim 7 wherein the marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device comprises: a body having an open hollow end with a removable top; and the top, incorporating vertical funnels to house medical or recreational marijuana roach clips prior to cutting; and the body, having an open hollow end housing the internal guide plate cutting chamber, an exit hole, and a compartment to store usable medical or recreational marijuana roach clips; and an internal guide plate cutting chamber, which guides the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip throughout the cycle, as the cutting chamber cuts the burnt end waste portion off of the marijuana roach clip and pushes the usable portion into the storage compartment for future use; and a razor blade, which is housed within the internal guide plate cutting chamber, which said chamber is also utilized to replace a worn razor blade; and an exit hole, positioned directly beneath the internal guide plate cutting chamber, is utilized to discard the burnt end waste portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip; and a marijuana roach clip compartment, which stores the, usable portion of the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip for future use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0019] The present invention relates to a marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device. That is, a marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device capable of cutting off the burnt end waste portion of a marijuana roach clip, and storing the usable portion of the marijuana clip for future use. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device can include, a body, a top, and an internal guide plate cutting chamber, two precut sections, a burnt end, waste exit, and a marijuana roach clip storage compartment.
[0020] As shown in
[0021] The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device 10, can be made of any material, including metal, plastic or wood. The desired height of the body 12, can range from 3 inches to about 6 inches, with decorative designs to complement the device. The top 16, is designed for easy handling and control by the user.
[0022] In some implementations, the vertical funnels 14, within the top 16, can be up to 1 inch in height, but other measurements are contemplated. For example, top 16, can accommodate medical or recreational marijuana roach clips, up to an inch in size, to be processed for storage by the user.
[0023] As shown in
[0024] The vertical funnels 14, are receptacles for the medical or recreational marijuana roach clips, prior to initiating the cutting and storage process. Simultaneously, as the cut is made to the roach clip, the burnt end waste portion falls out of the exit 20b, as the top 16, is turned and the usable marijuana roach clip drops into the roach clip storage compartment.
[0025] In one implementation, the exit 20b, is made in a 45 angle to allow the burnt end waste portion to naturally fall out of the unit to be discarded.
