    Abstract

    A touch screen electronic device with at least one fastener member placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, wrapped, connected, adjusted to its structure and/or to at least one of its correspondent accessories; a kit and method for placing, mounting and/or holding at least one touch screen electronic device using at least one type of fastener technology of any form, type, shape, design, random figure, and/or color; and wherein the at least one fastener includes at least one of the following fastener technologies, but is not limited to any other types of fastener technology: adhesive sticky back fastener, one sided fastener, double sided fastener and/or a fastener attached to any other element and/or material.

    Claims

    1. A touch screen electronic device with at least one fastener member placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted to its structure and/or to at least one of its correspondent accessories structure(s), characterized by comprising at least one of the following fasteners, but not limited to any other type of fastener technology: an adhesive sticky back fastener that is operatively connected via its adhesiveness to the structure of the touch-screen electronic device; a double sided hook and loop fastener that is operatively connected to the touch-screen electronic device; a single sided fastener that is operatively connected to the touch-screen electronic device; an adhesive sticky back fastener attached to another element that is operatively connected to the touch-screen electronic device; a double sided hook and loop fastener attached to another element that is operatively connected to the touch-screen electronic device; and a single sided fastener attached to another element that is operatively connected to the touch-screen electronic device.

    2. The touch-screen electronic device of claim 1, wherein the touch screen electronic device presents at least one type of fastener technology of any kind, type, size, form, color, design and/or shape,

    3. The touch-screen electronic device of claims 1 and 2, wherein the touch screen electronic device is connected to at least one of either the hook and/or the loop, and/or a combination of both hook and loop.

    4. The touch screen electronic device of claims 1, 2, and 3, wherein any of the at least one fastener(s) is placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, wrapped, connected and/or adjusted directly to the device, but not limited to include another element and/or material.

    5. A kit of at least one fastener hook and loop for placing, attaching, adapting, configuring, adhering, connecting, wrapping, and/or adjusting at least one hook or loop, and/or a combination of both to a touch screen electronic device structure and/or to the structure of at least one of the device' accessories; and for placing, attaching, adapting, configuring, adhering, connecting, wrapping, and/or adjusting at least one hook or loop, and/or a combination of both to at least one other area and/or surface, wherein the device is placed , mounted, and/or held using the placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted hook and loop fasteners and/or a combination of both, including at least one of any of the following types of fastener technologies, but not limited to any other types of fasteners: a set of adhesive sticky back fastener(s) in which one end is placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to the structure of at least one of the device' accessories, and the other end for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted to the users placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more fasteners; adhesive sticky back fastener(s) for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device' accessories, and/or to the users placing, mounting and/or holding selected area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and the at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more adhesive back fastener(s); a double sided hook and loop for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device' accessories, and/or to the user's placing, mounting and/or holding selected area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and the at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more fasteners; a singled side fastener for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, connected and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device's accessories, and/or to the user's placing, mounting and/or holding selected area and/or surface, wherein the at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more fasteners; a set of adhesive sticky back fasteners attached to any other element and/or material in which either the hook and/or loop and/or a combination of both is placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device's accessories, and/or to other elements and/or materials in connection with the touch screen electronic device; and wherein the opposite side of the fastener is placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted to the user's placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more fasteners; adhesive sticky back fastener attached to any other element and/or material for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, adhered, connected, wrapped, and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device' accessories, and/or to the user's placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and the at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more adhesive back fastener(s); a double sided hook and loop fastener attached to any other element and/or material for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, connected and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device' accessories, and/or to the user's placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and/or at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more fasteners; and a single sided fastener attached to any other element and/or material for being placed, attached, adapted, configured, connected and/or adjusted to the structure of the device and/or to at least one of the device' accessories, and/or to the user's placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface, wherein the at least one device and/or at least one area and/or surface is adapted or not for being fitted with either one or more fasteners.

    6. The kit according to claim 5, wherein any of the at least one fastener technology is configured, adapted, adjusted to fit the touch screen electronic device whether is connected to and/or from another element and/or material.

    7. The kit according to claims 5 and 6, characterized by having one or more types of fastener technology of same and/or different characteristics such as: colors, style, design, random forms, letters, numbers and/or shapes.

The kit according to claims 5, 6, and 7, wherein the at least one fastener attached to the device and the at least one fastener attached to the selected area and/or surface connects to each other creating an interference fit, whether the hook and/or loop and/or a combination of both is connected completely and/or partially to each other via the hook and loop sides.

    9. The device and kit of the preceding claims, wherein any of the fastener technologies is not limited to include a fastener connected to at least one other element and/or material in connection to the structure of touch screen electronic device in any way possible.

    10. A method of placing, attaching, adjusting, adapting, connecting, adhering and/or configuring at least one fastener to at least one touch screen electronic device, comprising: placing, attaching, adjusting, adapting, wrapping, connecting, adhering and/or configuring at least one fastener technology to the touch screen electronic device and/or to at least one of its correspondent accessories, wherein the at least one fastener sticks and/or its adjusted to any part of the device structure(s), wherein each of the at least one fastener structure(s) includes at least one of the following fastener technologies, but not limited to any other types of fasteners: adhesive sticky back hook and/or loop and/or a combination of both hook and loop fasteners, double sided hook and loop fastener, single sided hook and/or loop fastener, and/or a fastener attached to any other element and/or material.

The method of claim 10, wherein each fastener is configured to connect with the touch screen electronic device structure and/or to at least one of its accessories with at least one type of fastener technology of any size, form, color, design, number, letter, symbol, shape and/or random form.

A method of placing, mounting and/or holding at least one touch screen electronic device using at least one hook and one loop of fastener technology, characterized by: sticking, adjusting, attaching, engaging, disengaging, arraigning, adhering, wrapping, positioning, mounting, welding, holding, connecting the touch screen electronic device to the user's selected placing, mounting and/or holding area, comprising: attaching, sticking, wrapping, adapting, connecting, configuring, adhering, positioning, engaging at least one fastener to the touch screen electronic device in any way possible; attaching, sticking, wrapping, adapting, connecting, configuring, adhering, positioning, engaging at least one fastener to the selected placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface in any way possible, and uniting, connecting, configuring, engaging, placing, mounting, carrying the touch screen electronic device with the other selected placing, mounting and/or holding area and/or surface.

    13. The Method of claim 12, wherein the touch screen electronic device is instantly connected and/or removed from the user's selected placing, mounting and/or holding area(s) and/or surface(s) using at least one hook and one loop fastener type(s) of technology.

    14. The method of claims 12 and 13, wherein the connected hook and loop fasteners create an interference fit with or without any other element and/or material adjusted, configured, connected, adhered, and/or adapted to the device and/or to the selected area and/or surface.

The method of claims 12, 13 and 14, wherein each of the at least one fastener(s) structure(s) includes at least one fastener technology, including at least one of the following types of fasteners, but not limited to any other types of fasteners such as: adhesive sticky back hook and/or loop, and/or a combination of both hook and loop fastener, double sided hook and loop fastener, single sided hook and/or loop fastener, and/or any fastener technology attached to other element and/or material.

    16. The Device, kit and method according to the preceding claims, wherein the at least one fastener attached to the touch screen electronic device and/or to the user's selected placing, mounting, holding area, consists of at least one single surface structure.

The Touch screen electronic device according to the preceding claims, wherein its structure comprises at least one irremovable, and/or removable engageable surface structure including but not limited to its cases and protectors, and wherein the at least one fastener technology can engage to that structure in any way possible.
