    Abstract

    The Stadium Snack Tray is used for storing food when an individual is having a tailgate party either outside a stadium or in their home on which it is supported and a method for manufacturing same. The food tray is the core of the Snack Tray. Each tray will hold 5 oz. of the cooked food and store the food until it is ready to be served. The units will be able to be taken apart and washed and the food trays separated from the holding trays. These units will eliminate having to purchase aluminum trays and disposing of them after all food has been removed,

    Claims

    1. The base of the invention is made of plastic, the size of the base is approximately 28 inches wide and 35 inches in length. Holes are drilled into the base to secure The frame of the stadium in place. There are a total of 7 holes drilled into the frame of the base, 2 holes on each side of the holding trays that has 3 trays and 3 holes on the side that will have 4 trays connected to it. The base will contain 2 different field, Football and Soccer. These field will be screen printed on green felt and mounted to the base. There are 2 separate Stadiums built to accommodate the 2 sports that always have fans that tailgates. The base will be 34 inch in thickness.

    2. The Utensil and Condiment tray are located in the long side of the Stadium Snack Tray and will hold folks, spoons, knives and serving utensils plastic or metal. The Utensil and Condiment tray is approximately 10 inches in height and 5 inches wide, and 30 inches long. There will be spaces inserted for the separation of each items. Each item will have an approximate space of 5 inches. The Utensil and Condiment tray section will have a hinge located on the back side of the tray. This hinge will allow the top to open and close. There will also be 3 holes drilled into the back of the tray for the nipples from the Stadium Snack Tray roof.

    3. The Stadium. Snack Tray will come with a roof that will protect the food being stored inside the food trays, and will protect the green felt field. The roof will be able to be removed when any individual tailgater are ready to serve their food. The size of this piece is 23 inches in wide and 35 inches in length. There will be a arch in the front with a height of 2.5 inches. The roof will rest on the back wall of the Condiment and Utensil section and the nipples will fit inside the pre made holes. The roof will extent the full length and width of the Stadium. The invention will also come with a handle place on the top of the roof, and used to lift the roof on and off the Stadium Snack Tray.

    4. Referring to the independent claims side one of the Stadium Snack Tray will have three back walls that is approximately height of 8 inches. There will be 13 dividers for the entire invention, with 4 for the section holding three trays and 5 for the center section that will holding 4 trays. Each food tray will be fitted with a lid that will be used to cover the client's food. This section will have 2 nipples at the bottom of it so that it will fit into the base to make it secured. The front inside wall of the base will be 2 inches in height and connecting around the field portion of the stadium.

    5. Referring to the independent claims. The holding trays for the Stadium Snack Tray has 3 different sizes. The pieces are the side braces which is 8 inches tall, 6.5 inches long and has a down sloop of 20 degrees. The back wall is 8 inches tall 6.5 inches long and the width is 63/8 inches. The front brace is 2 inches tall and the length from side brace to side brace is 6.5 inches. There will be 10 different holding trays in this section.

    6. Referring to the independent claims. The front entrance way is located between the Utensil/Condiment holder and side one of the stadium frame. The entrance area is approximately 10 inches in height, and 5 inches wide. The pillars represent the entry way into a regular stadium. The top portion of the entry way will be able to open where napkins will be stored. The section will have a hinge on to so that the section can open and close with ease.

    7. Referring to the independent claims. The Food Trays for the Stadium Snack Tray will have 4 solid sizes. Each side will be completely sealed so that no food or liquids can drip or escape from the trays. Each tray will be 8 inches in height, 5.5 inches long and 6.75 inches wide. The holding rails on the front of the holding trays, (that will hold the food) will be 6 inches wide. Each tray will come with a fitted food cover tray. The Stadium Snack Tray is an invention that has never been done before. I am Requesting a Non-Provisional patent for 20 years so that it will remain safe.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of the Stadium Snack Tray according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied.
